If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The store Mgr. (Hassan) was awful. He is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and just a bad individual. I do not understand how he is the store Mgr. I needed him to preform a simple task that he was unable to preform and unwilling to contact another store that had completed the same task a day before. He would not contact the representatives at his store that locked my phone and caused this issue, so that I return the defective phone. Instead, he berated me, called me out my name and caused me major STRESS. he called me "crazy" and told me his "father is dead", all in an exhausting exchange of his antagonizing. In the end, I contacted customer service, which FINAL made him contact the other AT&T store whom instructed him on how to perform that task that he claimed could not be done. At that point (after ONE HOUR of WASTED time and energy), I left and retreated to the store (that was out of my way) so that professional rep could help me AGAIN. My mother recently brought a iPhone and was experiencing difficulty from the start. The AT&T sales rep "NYASIA" should get the White Glove Excellent Technical Customer Service award of the year. NYASIA was able to multitask and provide my technology challenged mother with the proper care she needed. NYASIA was able to calm her down and explain to her in non technical terminology what exactly happened and fix it. NYASIA is the kind of person you want on your team. I cancelled my optimum service literally in store in front of him because I was told I’d get all my sports channels and subscriptions with att tv.. turns out you are NOT subscribed to SNY, YES or any other local channels like that and don’t get any sports channels beyond that besides ESPN. So I’m in a Long Island NY store and this guy doesn’t think that when I say “sports” the actual local broadcasts would be important?
