America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses — Attraction in Town of Babylon

I had gone to a different America’s Best location before this one simply because of convenience. My experience there was a bit of a disaster (wrong item ordered, incorrect prescription), so I simply googled the next closest location, and when I saw already positive reviews (specifically about Cheryl) I decided to just take a chance and come here.

I am so incredibly grateful for the team at this location. Cheryl was the first person to help me. She was so sweet, listened to everything that happened and was immediately able to get me on the schedule.

The doctor (Dr. Jaki) also went above and beyond in making sure the prescription I received was correct, and graciously explained everything about the process to me so I could be more informed moving forward.

The cherry on top of it all though was the incredible manager that was there, Lou. I was able to share my concerns with him, and not once did he give me a hard time or invalidate what I was saying. He helped me throughout the process to ensure I wouldn’t have to pay a third time (the first two times already exceeded $200) and made me feel as ease that I would finally have a prescription that actually felt right (after 2 months of chaos).

I recently visited America's Best in West Babylon last week for the first time. I had a great experience, Enrique (I apologize if I have the wrong name) was great. He initially performed testing prior to seeing the doctor. He was also helpful in helping me pick out new frames. I met with the Optometrist Dr. Guru, she was wonderful. She went over my options for contacts and educated me on what to expect. Angela and Yadirys were like my cheerleaders teaching and helping me practice how to use my contacts for the first time. Finally Shay, I met with her for my glasses, she informed me of a program to help with the costs of exams and glasses if I needed. I was using my insurance but it was nice to know so I can pass it in on to others who may need assistance. I was very happy with my experience here, I definitely recommend...

I called America’s Best in West Babylon inquiring about some Pair Eyewear glasses. I was greeted on the phone by a very warm and kind voice. Her name is Cheryl. Her positivity and enthusiasm made me want to jump through the phone and teleport there immediately! I was greeted by Corrine, who was very welcoming and informational on the Pair Eyewear glasses they sell. They both helped me check out different frames and definitely made me feel confident in my choice. There was no “selling” like I was at a car dealership. I could tell the people who work there love it there because of the leadership done by Corrine. It was such a lovely experience and I can’t wait to go back to pick up my glasses and see the friendly faces who helped me! I will definitely be back and I will recommend them to...
