Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Went there tonight hadn’t been in a few weeks, and I was shocked not to see ANY of the usual staff serving!! All of them gone! I didn’t ask but it looks like new owners and they have their family working there. That would be fine except it seemed like none of them knew what they were doing!! I told the girl four small sundaes and she grabbed the junior cups, I had to correct her. The Girl had asked me several times about a simple order of four sundae cups. I get one plain and three with only one topping per Sundae and she couldn’t get it correct she had to keep asking me the order. I also found the cups were not filled with the normal amount of ice cream they were under filled. I will probably give them one more chance...but I Was disappointed with the service. It is sad because this was one of the best...

I use to go here all the time but tonight was terrible. I ordered two small sundaes and they put one scoop of ice cream in each of the containers which was barely half the containers. One was chocolate chip cookie dough and it was basically just vanilla ice cream. I swear it literally only had a singular piece of cookie dough, probably the size of a dime, throughout all of it and barely any chocolate chips. Absolutely terrible experience and I drove out of my way to this particular carvel cause it use to be the best one. Definitely not going back to this one again. Extremely...

just went in on New Year’s day at 9:30 p.m., where a young girl was working by herself with a continuous line for the twenty minutes we were in there. she informed me the owner/manager did not come in, that it’s been so busy she hasn’t been able to clean, and that she gets paid below minimum wage!! shame on you management, you better be paying her what she deserves and time and a half on a FEDERAL holiday while you spend it at home with your family. i’m sure FTC and Carvel themselves would love to hear what a poor job you’re doing and the violations you commit against...
