K Nails & Spa — Attraction in Town of Babylon

Pedicure was fine. Jenny did my feet and I was satisfied. She was very personable and attentive to her work. After that, everything went downhill. I waited for over 45 minutes and Jenny asked me if I was okay. I guess whoever was supposed to do my nails didn’t really want to do it or whatever the case may be, but the results were honestly unacceptable. The man rushed my nails and had to fix the shape of two of them, which were still crooked when he finished and they later smudged. I asked for stiletto and they ended up looking like almond. I had a picture and it looks nothing like it. He was constantly looking up from my nails and was not paying attention for almost 40% of the time. He was obviously upset when I asked him to fix my nails. He touched them and said they were dry then put oil on my cuticles, at this point his coat was already on and he was standing, then left. The pedicure was fine and I was content. The full set was horrendous and I would not recommend anyone go there. If there was an option to give this salon 0 stars I would do it, they have no good colors and it took me 30 mins to find a color that was barely close to what I asked for, I asked for a soak off on my dip powder and I wanted the same color which was marshmallow but they didn’t even have that color in powder, gel, and regular nail polish. I didn’t like the color they did so she soaked it off and my nail bed is ruined, my daughter also had dip powder on and she wanted to removed and she charged $10 for popping them off instead of soaking them off. I also had to use the atm, I wasn't aware that we can only pay cash on Sundays before she started my nails, also there is no cover on the pedicure station, if there isn’t no cover then the germs and bacteria will pill up...

I’ve gone to this Salon twice. The man with the glasses who works there is very rude. He gets very short and annoyed when you ask questions or make suggestions. The last visit I had I got gel polish. Two days later it’s peeling off. I went back they fixed it, but the same night it peels off again!! I go back the next day and it was close to them closing so the lady didn’t want to fix it and said come tomorrow. I demanded she fix it. Now 2 days later one of my nails come off. There’s no way you should have to visit a salon 3 times in one week off of a fresh set. The products they use must be cheap, and they’re attitudes are horrible!! I will never...
