Oak Coco Nail & Spa Inc. — Attraction in Town of Babylon

been here about six times in the past six months, and today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

First, a cuticle pusher is meant to push cuticles, not another person’s finger nails. My cuticles were pushed so harshly they’re now bleeding. I just paid $70 for a manicure only to go home and have to fix and clean my own cuticles. That’s unacceptable.

I came in with an image of the style I wanted. I was told it couldn’t be done exactly how I requested, so I said, Okay, let’s do it like the last time you did it. The guy started shaping my nails in a completely different way from what I’d shown him. When I asked for small adjustments, a bit more in or a bit more up, he got annoyed. I finally said, It’s fine, just do your thing. He told me to take it off and leave. Why would any professional think that’s okay to say to a anyone?

Jessi, from what I gathered, tried to help but with an attitude, telling me I should make an appointment if I want something particular. I did call ahead, and no one mentioned that. Have you ever listened to how you sound on the other end of the phone?

I sat down to get a service done and left feeling terrible for simply asking for something that has been done here before. At no point did anyone explain that only one person in the salon could do that style. How was I supposed...

Today i has the pleasure of coming to the salon , i did in fact look at the reviews and was a little concerned but i went anyway because what the harm i went to a 5 star nail salon around the corner from this place and the girl who did my nails last did a horrible job nothing across the line that i wanted and over cut my cuticle to nothing im still waiting for them to heal fully i came to coco and had them fix what a 5 star nail salon could not do jessie did an absolute amazing job with my nails and fixed them and got my nails together the way i like them , i will say this ignore ALL the HATERS thats complained about this place because their miserable people this salon is awesome im new to the area and they exceeded my expectations i am now a loyal customer

I.e and jmo jmo who complained about $17 paint job an average paint job for a kids is actually $10-15 each so this salon is VERY cost effective if you simply couldn't afford the $17 paint job my suggestion to you is get a better job so you can afford a paint job for your kids because my kid got a full mani pedi with pattern paint nail polish for $25 you cant beat that it’s EXCELLENT price compare to the $60 i paid for my kids nails at 5 star salon and the polish didn’t...

Went to get my nails done like I do every two weeks here . Normally I have no problem, but today there was. I thought sns was normally 35 dollars but didn’t realize the price went up to 40 ( they said it was always 40 ) w.e, I gave the lady 40 dollars, After I gave her the 40 dollars she’s looking at me basically like where’s my tip!!! she didn’t even give me a massage after my nails was done and there was a dot on one nail I told her about but didn’t really do anything to it. If u want a tip soo bad I gave her one dollar because she didn’t deserve one.
