HassleLess Mattress — Attraction in Town of Brookfield

HassleLess Mattress IS WONDERFUL! Excellent experience. From no sales people in the store, to easy ordering and next day delivery. The whole experience was wonderful and I actually have something to compare them to.....please read below (sorry it's so long). My only mistake was not ordering with HassleLess Mattress in the first place.

Back in July I ordered a mattress from Mattress Firm. I took the day off ahead of time to be home the day it was suppose to be delivered. I was a little concerned the day before my delivery that I didn't get a phone call, but the delivery tracker said that they were working on my order and to keep checking. By 11am the day of my delivery I finally started to try and get a hold of someone to help me figure out what was going on which is virtually impossible. When you ask for customer service, you get stuck in a phone loop where no one actually talks to you or helps. You have to LIE and say that you are interested in purchasing a mattress to actually get a live person.

I finally was told by a salesperson that my mattress was not on the truck for delivery, and that they never received the mattress in stock. Why are they selling things that are not in stock? Why is no one telling the customer that they are not getting their delivery? Absolutely horrible customer service.

I was given another date for delivery and told it would be in stock by then FOR SURE. I agreed and took another day off. A week later the same exact thing happened. The day before my delivery I never received the phone call and I had to lie again when I called that I was interested in a sale to get a live person to be told again that my mattress never came in. I told them to CANCEL my order immediately. I did get a full refund. After a few months, I regrouped and went to the store that I should have in the first place: HassleLess Mattress

I believe in good customer service and I will tell ANYONE that I know that is interested in a mattress to go there and avoid Mattress Firm...

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! My husband and I went mattress shopping several months back. After having a poor experience at another furniture place where the salesman did not listen to our needs and suggested mattresses +$1000 over our communicated budget, we drove to Hasseless. We ended up purchasing a mattress, however 60 days in we realized it was not the mattress for us. I initiated the return process, and was contacted by Sofia. She was ready to process our return, but also was so kind and wanted to work with us to find a mattress that worked for us. I offered to allow her to help us. At that time, she spent about 15-20 minutes asking specific questions about our sleep issues and relevant medical history. She proceeded to provide suggestions that may work better for us and explained why our original purchase probably didn’t work. We were able to head back to the storefront with this info (and a much better understanding of different mattress types!) and purchase a mattress that better met our needs. I am blown away by Sofia’s customer service and commitment not just to get a sale (she even sent us options below our budget!) but to the customer. She respected our budget while also providing quality options AND took the time to educate us before we made our purchase. It was such a drastic change from our previous experience and we now have a mattress that works for us! Family-owned makes such a difference. Delivery guys were great too- kind and respectful. I havent actually purchased a mattress here yet but I do plan to. Went in last night not really sure what to expect but looking forward to the idea of no salespeople following me around and watching me and talking to me. My girlfriend and I were able to just lay on as many mattresses as we wanted for as long as we wanted and nobody was there to say anything. Once we had it narrowed down to 2 we were able to go between the two over and over again probably for about half an hour without anyone there pressuring us to buy the much more expensive of the two. Very good experience shopping here so far, will update when we do purchase our mattress. *Update: We purchased our mattress by ordering it online. Process was easy and there were a lot of delivery dates to choose from. The day before the delivery they send you an email with a 4 hour window and then the day of I got a call when they were 10 minutes away. Delivery guys were very professional and quick.
