Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Town of Brookfield

If I could leave no stars, I would. Upon arrival we were greeted by a parking space full of trash and a dirty diaper on the ground on the way to the door. The staff was cold and unwelcoming. We ordered our pizza at 11:30 and, after being told it takes about 10-15 minutes; we received it nearly an hour later. The photo games printed pictures on plain copy paper - not photo paper that we have received in the past at this location - and the paper was inserted into ALL of the machines upside down, so the decorative border that is supposed to frame the picture is on the back of the paper and not around your photo. There was a stack of photos pilled up on the machine, indicating that it had obviously been this way for a while. When I notified the staff about the mistake with the paper, they radioed another employee to take a look but offered no extra 'points' on my play pass for the wasted photos. I couldn't count how many points we lost on machines that did not work properly. It seemed like every other machine we tried was not working, or delayed so long that other people could take advantage of your game after you walked away in frustration. The ski-ball machine was quite literally broken, the balls would fall down into the machine, prompting my daughter to try and reach her hand in an unsafe place that housed the electrical components - I'm lucky I was standing right next to her to stop her. The machine was metal, this establishment will be lucky if it does not receive a lawsuit for someone slicing their hand open if this game is not fixed. When turning in our tickets, my daughter was barely given a chance to choose her ticket prizes, the staff simply took the first toys out that she looked at, put them hastily on the counter and said thanks and walked away. I knew my daughter was very disappointed at not being given a choice, which is a shame for any child, let alone on their birthday. We came with three adults and two children; upon leaving only my one daughter and two adults were checked - my hand, and my youngest daughter's hand WERE NOT CHECKED TO SEE IF THE STAMPED NUMBERS MATCHED. I could have been anyone walking out with anyone's child. This establishment is a complete joke and the lack of care and concern by the staff is not...

I am unsure where I could begin, but everyone needs to know that we have different management at this Chuck E. Cheese.They're all extremely helpful and cheerful. We love our party hostesses! Super helpful and ready to help you out!If you ever see an employee around the area, don't hesitate to ask for help! Our Kitchen people are amazing and pizza is always out quicker than expected. There will be days, where food is delayed close to an hour. :) Otherwise, food is hot and delicious!

Merch people are amazing and helpful. Sometimes you will encounter a non-thrilled employee, but don't let that one take away your fun! Also, there is so many prizes to chose from. Such a very wide selection! We also have some outdated games, but there's also brand new ones! Definitely check them out while you can.

Downside: Only thing that's not great is when parents tell the employees to get their act together. Only when they got so many people in the area and the person is figuring out who's going first(out of respect). Cashiers are awesome as well.Sometimes they walk away, but they're amazing when they're up front and ready!

Bathrooms are always in progress, but it sucks for night shifters because the parents arent paying attention to their kids. They make quite a mess in the bathroom and forget to flush. Bathrooms are typically clean. Don't be shy to tell them they need to check it out! Especially with toliet paper and soap dispensers. Typically goes out pretty quick on the weekends with the frequent handwashing!

(For those whom arent fond of the security guards on the weekends, I am truly sorry to hear. They're there because so many kids get lost and confused. They don't know where there parents are because the parents aren't paying attention. They're here to help us. Kid check people can't exactly wonder off) ✌

If it's been awhile you should give this place a shot again and hopefully it'll be a better experience for you. Please note, if your experience was not a 10/10, notify a manager on duty! They just added another amazing employee here. I haven't had tike to come here lately yet Nae Nae ran and gave me a hug the minute i walked in. She always greets me with a smile and takes care of my son. She is just the sweetest. She is an asset to your location. Eric is super sweet and so is the rest of the staff. Teqawan is also the sweetest and always has an amazing smile and super sweet too my son every time. I love so many of the employees at this location. My son recognizes and gives hugs to all of them. Teqawan is always going above and beyond too and making sure all kids are safe. He is a regular and love seeing him work there. All staff are amazing at this location!

I have to give props to some of the amazing staff at this location. The kitchen manager Josh knows our pizza order by heart and definitely makes our order with love in every bite. He and Kelly are some of the sweetest people. I honestly love most of the employees here and they know me and my 2 yr old by heart. I forgot the main manager's name maybe Ken not sure but he even let my 2 yr old go in the ticket blaster one time just for fun after I begged him since he was curious. The other employees I know by face but not name are amazing and so nice. I have only had one bad experience so far which I mentioned below but it definitely should not deter you from seeing the other great people who work here.

Anyways love most of the people here but he definitely ruined my experience today.

Deann is awesome too. She is always sweet whenever my son and i are there and he even gives her a hug too every time. Love this location. Josh and Kelly and the gentleman at gate are always pleasant and friendly everytime we come here. In the past, Kelly gave a balloon to my son just because I asked her if I could have it. Josh went above and beyond and jumped up into the air to get the balloon when it flew up into ceiling. He also helped us with the few games that were not working. I love this location. It's cleaner and has more games and way nicer employees and managers than west allis location. 5 stars...
