GameStop — Attraction in Town of Brookhaven

This new staff here is amazing A+. Total work around from two years ago. Words cannot explain the amount they went above and beyond expectations of customer satisfaction and helping their customers. I had to track down a hard bundle of a Xbox Series S Fortnite Rocket League Edition to track down for my step sons birthday the weekend of 4/8/22. I started at the Gamestop in Commack, NY and had them reach out to this closest next location. As the store manager on duty from Gamestop Commack, NY which is also an A+ by the way, had explained that we were on our way immediately to pick it up and put it aside. The transaction that taken place, along with customer service, and everything else across the board A+. As a content creator and twitch streamer as well as much as I love making content, the Xbox Series S Rocket League Edition is one of the best console for next generation. This place was awesome, just like the game stops from where we're from. We're from upstate over by Oak Point, we came to see the Keith Urban concert, and it was awesome. The kids wanted to go to a game stop. So we researched gamestop near us from where we were staying. They were so happy. This game stop is actually insanely big. Like way bigger than the ones from up here, the ones up here are very, very compact and tiny don't get me wrong, though they're the freaking best. And we love them. We go there all the time, they have everything, but this store was more spaced out. It was just like a bigger store, same stuff, bigger place, and of course, they found tons of things. I feel like I am unfairly treated as a customer today when GameStop underminded my trade-in for my PlayStation 5 console. I have bought everything with me to trade, and this is what I get. He, along with his co-worker, opened the 2 faceplates to investigate the inside of the console. What they find was a tiny little cockroach inside the back vents. I have probably overlooked that, but due to that reason, I got denied. Because of the changes with the screws they said. Screws?? There was no chance that screw was tampored with.
