The first time I went to Pacfe I had an appointment but no idea who would actually be doing my nails. That was my lucky day I guess because I ended up being guided to Cherry who, now after my second visit back, is officially the person I want to see every time I go there. She is professional, patient, kind, and honest about what will or won’t work based on my nails. She will tailor what you ask for to look the best it can on you. What stuck out the most to me was her incredible attention to detail. She wowed me the first visit with the quality and intricacy she put into the design I wanted and even went politely along with me basically throwing new ideas of what I wanted at her mid-session. Today was my second time back and I’m just as, if not more, pleased with her work. I’m sure everyone there is talented but I’ve found my person for sure.
I also just want to mention to anyone who goes to a salon with a specific picture in hand to show and expects an exact replica of said picture: you may not get it. Not because the person isn’t good at what they do but because in your mind if it isn’t a side by side identical twin of the picture you show then it’s wrong. Salons carry different brands of colors, different tools might be used and don’t forget our good friend photoshop who can make nails “glow” and “sparkle” and perfect lines, edges, and angles to produce the image you found. I can assure you that once you let go of your rigid attachment to that perfect picture on Pinterest you’ll be much more pleased with what you get in real life. These people aren’t copy machines they’re artists and professionals. No, of course not everyone at a salon is a perfect manicurist or pedicurist but I can 100% assure you that every time Cherry moved to a new part of the process she ensured that I was happy with what we had done so far. If you aren’t happy with something then say so. Don’t be polite and say “yeah I guess that’s okay”, speak up! They will change it! If it can’t be changed to meet your wants then move on to someone who can do that for you. It’s really as simple as that.
Okay, rant aside: the salon is super cute and clean, the decor is lovely, and the staff are all polite and welcoming. They are up front about pricing and will let you know before your work is started if something you want will cost extra. I certainly enjoy my time there - I think you would to :)

Read moreI felt like my pedicure was very rushed. I chose the premium rose pedicure so that I could get the hot stone treatment. The filing, buffing and shaping was done very quickly and not with good precision. The acrylic toe nail I added was very bulky and it sits uncomfortable on my toe. Allen cut my toe with the blade along my cuticle and my big toe is hurting several hours later. The service comes with a glass of champagne, which is cute, but I don’t like the fact that you couldn’t choose your snacks and I feel like I was given unhealthy snacks that I would typically not eat. The massage was done very lazy and the timer was started even before she was ready to begin the massage. Overall, for the price, I could just get a regular pedicure and I could’ve did without the hot stone because it wasn’t all that I was expecting it to be and I was very disappointed, especially after looking forward to getting my feet done for so long. Also all over the Internet a few people have advertised that they discount your first service and as a first time client which you were aware, it was my first visit. I did not receive any type of discount being a first-time client. Despite the subpar service, I still left a tip for the technician because she was kind and when it didn’t equal to 18% gratuity, the Front Desk questioned what was wrong during my service for me to tip so low which I felt was inappropriate and I shouldn’t have left any tip at all given the service that I received. The pedicure chair closes like an amusement park ride. The door connected my chair was broken and they didn’t even move me to another seat. Can’t say I would want to do my nails here again. The best part of the salon is the...
Read moreWent with my granddaughter and son for a relaxing experience and was very disappointed. (The feigned politeness in the subsequent review response from owner convinced me to never visit this establishment again!)
We chose our colors as is the norm. My granddaughter selected pink, purple and blue. She wanted different colors on her feet and pink on her hands. Issue of staff training language barrier reflected in the manicure for my granddaughter who got BROWN nail polish on her hands. She told the tech she wanted ONE color on her hands.. obviously the tech heard BROWN! The tech then went and selected brown and ignored the colors chosen by my granddaughter. My granddaughter was too shy to speak up and the tech did not bother to check in with the adults.
Disregard for good service continued to show itself in them ignoring our request to be serviced together. We may have noticed more timely if we were sitting together.
There was also constant chatter amongst themselves which took away from the relaxing experience it should have been.
My tech forgot to apply the hot oil when she was supposed to and added it at the last minute. When the wrong color application for my granddaughter was brought to their attention they stated we would have to pay $10 more!
Definitely an atmosphere of $ being the priority as opposed to satisfied clients. PACFE staff showed no ownership of lack of training or language deficiencies.
Subsequent Review response from Pacfe carried the same feigned politeness as their response to pay $10 more for the correct color on the day of service.
I will not be visiting this...
