first time visit. no signs as to which of 2 counters to order from. went to the counter closest to the entrance and was greeted and given a menu right away by friendly server. Decided in 30 seconds and put the menu down. by that time servier went into the back kitchen area visible from the front. Waited at least 5 minutes and she never returned although I noticed she saw us waiting. another server in front was 3 feet away the entire time preparing orders and never made eye contact or asked us if we needed to make an offer. i inquired to this server, the only one in the front area, about making an order and she said we were standing at the wrong counter to make an order. " no signs are apparent as to where to make an order. other patrons entered and went in front of us on the correct line and immediately a server appeared to take their order. we left! not happy due the poor service. too bad because the food on the menu...
Read moreI’ve ordered a few different items from here a since they opened. The cobb salad and the green smoothie are definitely favorites!
All the meal bowls I’ve ordered have been good and really fresh! And I didn’t find that they were under filled like some other reviews have said.
The two smoothies I’ve gotten were also pretty good, I was glad they didn’t have that protein powder taste which I don’t like at all!
The handhelds are ok, they’re a good snack but definitely not enough for a full meal (the closest thing I can think to compare them to is Starbucks sandwiches, but bango’s definitely taste better).
The one Açaí bowl I ordered was good, I don’t get Açaí a lot but I liked the one I had from here. I do agree with other reviews though that said it is overpriced.
Overall will definitely order again...

Unfortunately, I’ve had consistently negative experiences with the staff (with the exception of one very kind employee whose name I didn’t catch). Most of the employees (all young females) I’ve encountered come across as dismissive and unfriendly, rarely offering even basic courtesies such as a greeting, ‘thank you,’ or ‘have a good day.’ What makes this more frustrating is noticing how warmly they interact with male customers in comparison. To illustrate, I’ve attached a screenshot of a male customer’s review where he specifically praised the service because of the staff. This double standard feels unprofessional and leaves a poor impression. I hope management takes this seriously, because the food deserves better...
