Tang Yun Noodle House — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Was in the mood for Ramen today and we decided to try this new place that opened up. Inside was very clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful. My boyfriend had tried their beef pho and I had gotten the chicken ramen. Both were very good, the only thing that threw off the meal was the chicken in the ramen tasted like precooked grilled chicken breast you would buy in the store. It even had the uniform grill marks exactly like it. This was not something I would expect being in a ramen dish and it made it a little bit off putting.

I had tried the pho that was ordered and it was delicious. The rest of the ramen tasted good as well.

So the other day I happened to past this restaurant going next door to a pastrie store. The owners were outside, they smiled and introduced their store saying that its their grand opening. So today my family and I went to the restaurant to pick up dinner and try the food out. The experience was amazing, they all were so nice and welcoming. They just opened their restaurant and we were curious to find out what it would be about. Never before we went to a restaurant which nerves meals like Ramen and I am glad we made our first time with the Tang Yun Noodle House! We had outstanding Soups and delicious crispy spring rolls. My soup was with Sauerkraut and fish and very spicy, unfortunately I forgot the name, but it was absolutely outstanding. I hope we will come back to this...
