I called before coming to make sure they would update me as primary. I was told yes. I get there and Iām told by someone else it takes a few days. To top off the lack of ethics there was no apology for wasting my time but just the excuse that āJessica was confusedā and a shrugging of shoulders. If I have to overhear loud laughing and personal conversations from the office staff while Iām waiting, the LEAST you can do is make sure you double check the information you give me before wasting my time coming there. When I called to speak with the manger I was yelled at by the person who gave me the wrong information āTHATS NOT WHAT I SAIDā a bunch of times into the phone. Please send love to this place they clearly need it.
Edit Thank you for finally apologizing and being professional . The unfortunate part is that youāre admitting I was given the wrong information prior to coming and you are NOW explaining this after the fact. The forms I needed can be accessed through the portal. Also your employer assured me prior to me coming she would help me fill out the paper work due to my vision impairment. So again the ball was dropped on several levels and it shouldnāt have taken me posting this review for a professional response and apology. If this office was more professional this all could have been avoided. What kind of doctor prescribes medication with out even knowing the other medications Iām on?! Who tells someone they will help with paperwork then, I get there and Iām told I have a packet to bring home? If you have time to discuss your personal life so loud I can hear you through a glass window and in a completely other room with the door closed you have time to make sure your employees are giving people the right information! You should be completely ashamed of the lack of ethics and basic human decency at this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLook š at my review I just posted on google about the urgent care I went to.. I went their with a very bad cold, as soon as I told the receptionist she had me put a mask š· on and told me to take my license and medical card out. She walked me over to the machine to slide my cards to make copies and took the co-pay.
The nurse practitioner walks me to the back, I tell her my symptoms, she took a swab and I didnāt have āstrepā then a doctor walks in with HORRIBLE bed š side manners and walks out, whil Iām still talking, like he was late for lunch.
The doctor confirms with the nurse practitioner I donāt have āstrepā so he tells me to take āAdvilāsā.
I didnāt go their having cramps, I ask the doctor your not going to prescribe me no antibiotics or something for my throat, it felt like I swallowed a nail, very scratchy and hoarse. The doctor said, ā oh you have an upper respiratory infectionā. You just need rest and take Advilās.
Then as Iām leaving the receptionist ask for my medical card āAGAINā so she can take a better copy .. to bill me for the swab test and the āAdvilā prescription. SMFH!!
I could of called my mother and it would of saved my medical insurance, the $ 600-$800 bill that they will send to my insurance.
Please save your money, go to a āRealā doctor.
I left their and called my ā Realā doctor and they squeezed me in and wrote my prescription and Iāam starting to feel better.
Even though it cost me (2)- Co-payās, the lesson is Donāt go to a ā quickā fake doctor šØāāļø and get a fake ā Advilā...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreeveryone is very nice, BUT they open at one time doctor isnt in til after... The PA is also very nice but i dont think she has a clue! I have a high tolerance to antibiotics and she prescribed me an antibiotic that i have an allergy to ( which i told her i had allergy) pharmacy was not comfortable giving it to me, i had to take benadryl with it. its 6 days later im still using the bathroom from the antibiotic ( yes im taking pro biotic) im still congested my ears still hurt im still coughing up green all same systems i had a week ago i still have. Mind you before she even looked at me she had a diagnosis how is that possible???? I call the doctors office today and explain that i told the PA i had a high tolerance due to past infections. I have a co pay for prescriptions as well as doctors visits they just want to keep making money! SHE IS A MEDICINE PUSHER! Nasal spray, a cough pill that makes you feel high, allergy pills, something for a yeast infection which i didnt need plus an antibiotic that only made my symptoms worse! The actual "doctor" is never in they dont follow up to see how your feeling "ESPECIALLY" knowing i have an allergy to what she prescribed. BE AWARE THIS IS NOT A REAL DOCTORS OFFICE! Very disappointed just moved to the area my doctor is an hour and a half away and im going to have to drive to him. Oh and it smells very bad like a dirty bathroom. Even being congested i smelt...
