Del Fuego — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

BEWARE!!!!!!!! This place served by 13 year old daughter Alcohol and had no apology/remorse/sympathy! A family of 3 dinner for my daughter’s birthday on a Tuesday night, with only about 10 ppl at the restaurant in total (completely empty). (Started ordering our drinks first) We asked the waiter for a Virgin piña colada, and she said they don’t make frozen drinks, but she can have any drink on the menu and they won’t add liquor. Sure enough, she brings the drink, my daughter is drinking it and says, “Mom, I think this has alcohol in it”! I take a sip, and OMG!!!! 1800! The amount of liquor in that drink!!!! I called her over, and she gives us an attitude and says she can take it back. I asked her at this point to speak to the manager, because she got very rude and nasty! She goes over to the manager (sitting at the bar) and is talking to him for quite awhile before he comes over. I tell him what happened (of course she completely changed the story, but there’s a total of 5 witnesses). My family at this point got up and left, because the manager said and did nothing! I will NEVER...

The restaurant is beautifully clean with a gleaming floor, bar surface and table tops. All employees consistently wearing a mask. Guacamole appetizer was beautifully seasoned, chilled and served with a huge amount of chips. For $10 the three taco and a soda lunch special might as well be called The MIRACLE Taco lunch special, that's how grand and delicious it proves itself. The beef taco was good the beef filling plentiful and forgettable. A sturdy 4-in tortilla is filled with a generous serving of beef and topped with lettuce tomato and cheese. The shredded chicken taco was very good, also arriving with plentiful toppings. The shredded pulled pork taco was a 10-star taco. Unforgettable, savory, sweet, smokey, surely touched by the hand of a skilled chef possibly with an old family recipe. It comes to you studded with fresh corn kernels, purple cabbage, cheese and a very generous portion of perfectly seasoned pork. From notes of clove and cinnamon to a savory punch of smoke flavor, this pork Taco is without a doubt the king of...

Stopped in here for dinner last night.

Ordered a frozen margarita. Although the server kinda warned that a frozen margarita would taste watered down, I have had many frozen margaritas before that tasted just fine. This one didn't. Was just missing that taste you expect from a margarita.

Ordered the nachos for appetizer (could have made a meal out of them alone). They were quite good and the server was willing to customize them.

Ordered the Yucatan Style Chicken Enchiladas. They were ok, not great. The "chicken" was so dark that it kinda looked like beef so I'm sure it wasn't chicken breast ... which I would have preferred. Once I got to the middle of the first enchilada, I noticed that the temperature was not hot and the cheese didn't really seem to be fully melted. A mediocre Enchilada. Again points to the server/chef for willingness to omit the black beans for me.
