They just recently redid this park, and it is gorgeous! Before it was a bit run down, with some needed repairs (some duct tape over rips, etc) but we still enjoyed our time there. Now, it's just breathtakingly beautiful with a HUGE indoor playground, and a very large netted-in multi-story playhouse. They go trid of the items clearly geared towards full-grown adults, like the slack lines, and the oversized obstacle course no child could physically do because of their size. So I am glad every inch is now being used for kids. The first saturday of the month they have a special needs session, form 8-10. Only disabled jumpers are allowed (although my son invited one friend and they don't mind since it's usually empty). This has been a life saver since we absolutely cannot go during normal hours- it's too overwhelming for him, and he cannot process the sounds and crowd. So this is very special for our family, and we need it. We have only ever seen a handful of children come to these sessions- but I'm glad the word is getting out, since it's a wonderful thing to have. Our favorite parts are the foam block pit where you can swing and jump from the swing into it, or just jump into it from a trampoline. There are also massage chairs and video games, and all sorts of things to distract the kiddos. We sit in the massage chairs (not turned on) almost every time- my sonn loves them for some reason! My only complaint is after many times of trying to go at 8am on the special needs day, they woudl be late- almost every time. There is a poster you can see from the door with the managers info, and I would just call him, and he would be on his way- but m son is a few years older, and we cannot handle waiting at the door- it's too risky for a meltdown- so I always arrive at 8:30/45 to make sure they are open, so I can avoid any potential issues. Other than that, it's amazing. They did a fantastic job redoing this place. They also host birthday parties- I went to one, and it was fun, but it is SO LOUD during normal hours, and my son was very overwhemed- we just sat together in a foam ipit in the corner most of the time, snuggling! But that's what he needed and wanted, so that's what we did. The kids clearly had fun- so I recommend it for everyone. But if you have autistic or neurodivergent kids on the spectrum, I cannot recommend their special needs hours more! It's the first Saturday of the month form 8-10, but remember, they can be open a touch late!

I have never tried a trampoline park ever before, and I have long been looking for a trampoline park for me and my family since I got here in the US. But due to covid I heard most of the others have closed down. But when I heard from a friend about Get Air, me and my daughter immediately checked it out. We checked it out last Tuesdsy, and my expectations were exceeded! It was a awesome place, and not very crowded when we went there. My 22 month old daughter is a little bit on the small side, but she absolutely had a blast! She was undaunted with the foam pit and actually tried bouncing in the trampolines. As a matter of fact, she had so much fun she was out in less than five mins after putting in her carseat. The people too are very friendly and helpful, and definitely accomodating. We are coming back for sure, so my wife and I could try the park ourselves! Definitely recommended!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!! I spent a lot of money to have my son’s birthday here and it’s was not worth it all. No decorations included? Not even a table cloth? The party area was completely nasty, had to clean before guest got there. Mind you I only had 5 minutes to set up everything they wouldn’t allow me to set up before then. Even tho the website says you get atleast 15 mins. When the “host” brought over our drinks and tell us the rules she then proceeded to sit down at the tables and start complaining about how “this place is so crazy” “ughh I wish I stayed home, I need a new job” Which I totally get it must be frustrating dealing with a lot of kids everyday but don’t think that was very professional. Our “host” never came over too see how things were going or if we needed anything except 5 mins till our table was up when they came over to tell us we had to leave. Asked them if they could make an announcement to all the kids when it’s time for food, Got told no about that too. Very non helpful employees which is shocking cause the manger was right there too. Then it’s time too pay and leave we payed half as a deposit and the other half when the party’s over. When I see our bill and that is $300 MORE then what it was supposed to be. I asked the manager to explain where all these extra charges came from. He WOULD NOT TELL ME, All I got was “you’ll get an email with everything explaining, You need to pay now” I tried for a few minutes to get the manager to explain but he was not having it, just kept telling me I had to pay and will get an email and can do something from there. Ofcourse I payed cause I felt uncomfortable but have been checking my email everyday for a few weeks now and still nothing. Hopefully someone will reach out to me now but spend your money somewhere else!! I used to take my son here atleast once a week but since the party we...

Very disappointed!! We had our daughters 7th b-day party there from 10am-12pm. It was highly disorganized! The hostess who was also apparently the manager showed up a little after 10, took about 15 minutes to set up and get the kids socks and wristbands. There was no instructions/guidelines or even green light to have the kids go. After 11, I asked when the pizza would be here- since the party ends at 12 and the kids were getting hungry... "the pizza place opens at 11, we place the order and it should be here within the hour" Alternatively, we opted to do cake and presents first since they were hungry.. Luckily I bought my own fruit dish and water!! They NEVER gave us the pop that is included in the party package either. Had to cut the cake with the handle end of the plastic fork. Pizza arrived at 11:45- Just in time for the kids to leave!!! I actually sent a few kids with "pizza to go" I was so embarrassed that the kids weren't fed nor did the receive their frees pass. I had to ask for the free passes that were suppose to come with the package and will have to send those into my child's school to give to the kids. My husband as well as myself voiced our displeasure in the party process to the hostess/manager- and her response was "I don't make the pizza". Then don't offer a 10 am party!!! Very poor customer service, very disorganized, HUGE disappointment!!! Was NEVER offered anything for our inconvenience or even an extension. The place itself could have some potential- However, under a different management- or at least one that places value on customer service! For a new business- highly...
