We had a group of 7 (6 adults, one younger child) and did the dragon themed experience. Of the few escape room-like activities I've done, this was probably my last favorite. The first area only one or two people could really do anything while the other 5 of us just stood around for 5 minutes. Without spoiling, it wasn't really much of a challenge, it was more just a "task" that they told you how to do and wasted time. The other puzzles were ok but you were told how to do them and basically hints would keep dropping even if you didn't want them and wanted to figure it out for ourselves. Just not what I'm used to and it wasn't very challenging overall for a group of adults. I can see it being fun for a younger crowd but I had way more fun at Escape City which I felt actually made me think and challenge myself, and get hints only if you wanted them not having them forced at you. I would not go back and do the other two experiences personally. The 34 minutes ended really quick. Just when you are getting into the groove of things and ready for more it was "game over". Not terrible but there is nothing on the website that really leads you to believe it's for a younger crowd. At least that's how the dragon one was. $230 for all of us was...

Tons of fun. As I see mentioned in another review there were puzzles that were never recognized as complete. One room we did twice over a two week period failed to recognize both times in the exact same spot. Seeing that the other review was from 2 months ago is why I took off one star since any problems should be fixed within hours if not a few days. Both times we mentioned one failed after completing correctly and staff gave the surprised look both times and said oh no. That can happen from time to time. Clearly an issue they do know about and have not fixed yet. All that being said. The overall experience is incredible. Did all three with my 11 and 8 year old and my father. 3 generations all having a great time together fully into the experience. It truly takes all participants working together to get the best score. So much to see and search for. The one room I doubled up on I noticed the amount of tasks asked of us were increased when we went through with 4 people as opposed to 2. Lastly, you should absolutely do all three. Kind of pricey if you don't max out the value. And they are all entertaining in different ways. We all wish there were more versions to be completed. Hopefully they make changes every so often so we can...

I'm only giving it a 4 out of 5 stars because of Tomb. The other two are fun. I'll explain more below but ultimately there were a couple issues I ran into in tomb.

Explanation, also I did every puzzle with just 2 people:

Castle was fun, though it felt like the princess talked a lot. I do think that it was aimed at the younger crowd so being older it was a bit cheesy but that also made it fun.

Space was fun, and hard without giving a lot of hints. It definitely had some interesting puzzle moments while also having a high level of communication.

Now when it comes to tomb, we ran into a few issues. Spoiler, big spoiler . . . . The pillars in the last room were very finicky and on two pillars we got it right away. Then the other two we found out you had to line it up slightly off. Which was annoying to lose because of that. The other part, one of the copper plates seemed a bit scratched up which I'm not sure if it made the last puzzle harder?

Over all they're a lot of fun but really challenging with two. Space is easily...

While I would agree with 5 Wits in terms of being a different genre than your traditional 'escape room,' I do think it's an excellent entry point into the concept for beginners who have limited experience. The rooms go through a circuit system where most rooms do not require manual resets, making it possible to accommodate more than one group at a time. We did the Tomb theme room, which was described to us as their most popular room at this location. Overall, I did find the whole experience pretty straight forward with the complexity of the puzzles being extremely elementary for an experienced escape room player. The overall theming of the room was excellent and really sold me on the immersion. However, some of the sensors of the puzzles were a bit janky and did not pick up on completed puzzles without wiggling the parts or waiting a delay. The experience was a bit pricey for the 30 minutes or so we took to complete the room, but with that said it is definitely worth a shot if you're looking into dabbling into the escape room genre.

These escape room style adventures have the best production value I've ever seen. We went through The Tomb and Deep Space. Each were unique from each other and the puzzles were fitting for their themes. I would say they are best suited for parties of four. We had three participants and did find some of the puzzles more challenging as we had to do a bit of running to accomplish some of the more time sensitive challenges. As far as challenge ratings, Deep Space was the more challenging experience. It is pricy for roughly a half hour experience, but it was fun as a treat. Also, if you go through the other experiences on the same day, they are half price making it feel a bit more reasonable.

We had a lot of time and tried all three adventures, which ended up having over 1.5 hours of fun. And we’re both around the mid 20’s age range and we didn’t feel like we’re too old for it or anything. Some of the tasks/puzzles were quite challenging in fact, and it’s always fun for a challenge. The overall build quality of the rooms and lighting/designs are really cool and immersive, perhaps some of their video content can use some better production quality, but otherwise, well done. Would highly recommend you try the tomb one if you are only doing one.
