I've been to this location well over a dozen times over the years for my child. Let me just say this place has gone down hill. "Worlds cleanest indoor park" yeah maybe when it was brand new. It's filth and grime now. Attractions are permanently down and half are always closed. Usually I just spectate my child from a distance and let them have fun. This time he asked me if I could play with him a little bit. I did momentarily and was advised that I couldn't jump because I didn't have the proper socks. Which is totally understandable so I acknowledged, agreed and then went to sit down on the floor next to a machine to catch my breath and have some water. Moments later I was approached by a worker asking if I was drunk and stating i smelled like alcohol. I advised her that I was not and explained to her the above, she said oh, ok and then walked away. I proceeded to the metal benches towards the rope course to sit and watch my child as they were enjoying that. Moments later I was approached by the last employee I spoken with as well as mall security being advised that I had to leave. I questioned it to no avail. I stated that my child was active on the rope course and I had to wait for them. The employee proceeded to tell me that I was watched for the past X amount of minutes and I had no child there and that I had to leave immediately. WHAT!? Well as I argued my point, pointed to my twin and he walked up to me calling me dad I'm certain she felt stupid. By that time the cops were already called on me. I asked to speak with a manager to try and get my money back that I just spent. They were the nasty, rude, pretty much children with an authority chip on their shoulder wearing black hoodies. All I said is that I wanted my money back. The one guy/teen or whatever was standing behind the counter literally yelling "you're drunk" "you're drunk, go over there and walk a straight line. I bet you can't See you're slurring your words and blah de blaaah! 7 local officers later, humiliation, and defamation. All because I supposedly "smelled like alcohol" The kicker is that I was actually sober.. And the hilarious part about it is they literally sell Alcoholic beverages there. So where would the crime in that be!? 😂😂😂😂 What a shit show!!
I did give verbal push back and was upset, why?
I was falsely accused of something. I was demanded to leave without my child. I was being verbally defamed and embarrassed. I literally just spent over $40 for all of what 30 minutes...? Refused a refund. I was being policed by some teen with an authority chip on their shoulder. I was swarmed by police Now I've got an upset child because that's all he was looking forward to and I don't know how to explain to him the commotion and why we have to leave.
I'm a business owner myself so I have better understandings then the majority, I don't mess with anyone and respect everyone that I come across. But I didn't deserve this treatment especially when I was just sitting there minding my own business. It was completely unnecessary.
Do yourself a favor and stay far far faaaar away from this place. There are better cheaper alternatives...
Read moreThis had to have been one of the worst experience at any fun place my family and I have ever been too. My daughter had gotten knocked aggressively to the floor by this little boy and when me being nine months pregnant picked her up and looked over to the staff that was looking directly in her direction laughing historically at the fact that her father dropped everything and ran over there. When I asked him what was funny he processed with giving me nothing but attitude and said he didn’t know what I was talking about and I should have been watching my daughter which I was sitting on the bench at the place she was playing. He called some man over and the man said he will deal with that. No one apologized for the lack of consideration or respect that was given. I realized as we all know that nothing was going to be done, So, I walked over to the employee and demanded and apology seeing that the man wasn’t going to do anything. The man left the place we was standing at and walked over to my husband that was comforting my daughter and speaking to the lady whose picture was below that was insulting him and asking him to leave. To know that a black family owns one of the franchises had to be one of the worst decisions that Michael browning ( the owner ) had made and was extremely shocking to find out she handled the situation with zero class.. All she cared about was judging my husband and telling him she can buy him over two times. Using the fact she owns this establishment as reasons to further discredit him was beyond me. Not knowing our back ground or our actuates. She came off very judgementally disrespectful, condescending and narcissistic and instead of providing solutions and investigating the situation she used what she thought was her power to break down a black family.. Even though her and her staff was in the wrong she stood her ground on being disgusting towards my husband. .. When we spoke to the mall security and police they told us how nasty her attitude is towards multiple ppl, that’s why they don’t bring their children there due to her behaviour. She was more interested in belittling my husband that paid for our children to attend a place than she was in best interest to provide service to us. I asked her for her name and she refused me several times. To finally get it from the mall security once she told me to get out of her place and walked away. Her name is Rachelle Nurse and I will definitely be taking this matter higher than a review. I advise people to be aware of this lady if they choose to attend this place with...
Read moreWe had the worst experience here over the weekend and will never be returning. We paid over $100 for our kids to play, including my one-year-old daughter which cost $14.99. Shortly after we arrived, I was sitting on the trampoline supervising my one-year-old, when a staff member approached me stating that I could not be on the trampoline without a wrist band. I explained to her that I was not jumping, just supervising the baby. She was extremely rude with a horrible attitude, stating that it doesn't matter and we needed to get off the trampoline. I took my daughter up to the front to ask for my money back for her ticket, since obviously a baby cannot do any of the attractions without an adult to assist. When I came to the counter, the same staff member came up with another woman and I explained that I would like my money back for my daughter's ticket. She stated that they would not be giving me a refund and that I could pay for a parent pass. I explained that I did not wish to buy my own ticket since I'm not doing any of the attractions and asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager, but then the woman behind her said she was actually the manager and did give me my money back. I found it quite odd that she would lie about being a manager but we walked away and continued on our day. About 10 minutes later, the same rude employee approached myself, my husband and our daughter at the table we were sitting at and asked if those were our cupcakes on the table. I told her no and they were there when we got there. She continued to question me about the cupcakes and I told her four separate times they were not ours. I also told her at this point I felt that I was being targeted and followed around. Looking around, there was outside food on every single other table, but she specifically came up to me and would not leave us alone. The cupcakes ended up being a complete stranger's and I was never given an apology or any sort of explanation for how I was treated. This employee truly harassed myself and my family and ruined what was supposed to be a fun day. With all of the other kids places in our area, we will never be returning and I really hope they look into hiring...
