At approximately 12:20-1240pm 12/5/20. I ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered the nachos party box ( no guac, no pico de gallo,and no jalapeno), 2 beefy 5 layers, 1 large drink and 2 small drinks. I get the drinks and the pop syrup was out and I asked for new ones. The woman at the window was kind and helped get me new drinks. The drive-thru service was good. I was half way down the road and my wife checks the nachos because I smell jalapeno. Sure enough everything I didn't want on there and had verified to me was on there. I go inside and set my box on the counter. No one is around and two employees at different times make eye contact with me be say nothing and keep doing what ever they were doing. One employee who was on break and or waiting to punch in offered to help me. I declined and respected that they were on break and I would get someone's attention. Finally someone came over and took my nachos away and I told them that it was wrong and I didn't want those items on my nachos box. Then I waited 10 minutes and no one even started making it. Then I assume it was a manager(black shirt and pants) finally comes and asks me if I wanted beans on it. At this point I have a little attitude and say , all I want is no guacamole, pico de gallo, and jalapeno. He turns away from me whispering and mumbling, "you don't need to be salty about it." And keeps repeating it like I'm not in earshot. I respond, sir excuse me!! And again, sir, excuse me, what did you say. He never returned to talk to me. He went and finished finished my nachos and then set them on a back counter. This counter was in visual distance but without going around I wouldnt be able to get it. Then I stop someone and ask them why he just set it there and if they could bring it to me. I walk out the door and they didn't put spur cream on it like it's supposed to. I ask for sour cream. No one once apologized for the wait or the inconvenience, that was working. As I was leaving, that same woman that offered to help me apologized and I thanked her and said she was the only helpful person. Read moreWent here for lunch. Ordered a chalupa box-didnt realize this now meant a chicken patty shaped taco. I asked for it to be replaced with a regular chalupa. The young man who took the order was polite enough -took the food I didnt want back and offered to replace. Ten minutes went by I overheard him say where I was sitting so I went up to the counter to speak to a young lady whom I assumed was the manager-i explained what happen she went and got someone else who offered to refund my meal-i told her I wanted to pay for my food but that I wanted what I came there for. She told me they didnt have any-i saw it on the menu as number 9-i asked about that-she said I would have to order that and that she couldn't replace anything in that box. I asked if I could buy just the chalupa since we had already eaten the other tacos in the box but then was told it was only available in the combo meal. I didnt want to turn fast food into that much drama so I took the stupid chicken patty tacos and proceeded to file a complaint on the taco bell site when I heard this manager complaining about me in Spanish. She assumed because I am caucasian that I wouldn't understand her so she was bitching about me behind the counter by the register with other customers in the restaurant. Read morePlaced an order online to be picked up at a certain time through their app. The order was going to be picked up about an hour after I placed the order through the app. Not 2 minutes after placing said order, I received a notification that my order was ready to be picked up. So basically my order sat for a good hour before I picked it up. Unfortunately the employees here seem brain dead. Contacted Taco Bell through their main site to have someone contact me on the issue, but haven't heard anything. And this was a week ago. Steer clear and go somewhere else. You're welcome.
-Update from first review / visit. Went here again, and should've known better. I actually tried to schedule a order pick up at a different location, but that location didn't give a pickup option, so I went back here. Ordered from the app again, 25 minutes ahead of the time I wanted to pick up. Get there at specified pick up time, and guess what? Order not even made. Had to wait an extra 12 minutes before I received it. Other reviews here in point. No one at the register or greets you at all. They look right at you, and not even a "hello", "someone at the register", smile, nothing. So with that, I'll make it a point to drive farther to another location. Previous review has them at 2 stars. Now I'm giving it one. Zero stars...
