I came through the drive thru on a Friday night, I’ll admit it was late, 1150pm and they close at midnight, but my order wasn’t large or complicated, and normally if I order food late and something small is missing or wrong with the order, I don’t complain about it because I totally understand the situation. But this was a HUGE mess up! I’ve been to this location MANY times before, but they’ve never messed up this bad. I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito no tomatoes and no sausage, a small cheesy tot with a side of ranch sauce, and a 3 piece cinna stack WITH the cream cheese. I get to the window, the nice guy at the window hands me my card and receipt back, I read the receipt and it says I ordered a chili cheese tot, but I didn’t, I don’t even eat meat or like chili, so I try to get the employees attention to tell him the order was incorrect, not only so I get what I paid for, but also so they didn’t have to remake it and waste time and food on their part, he didn’t see me or hear me, so he walks outside shortly after this to hand the person behind me their food and card back and I catch him as he’s walking inside, he stops and acknowledges me, and I say “excuse me sir, I ordered a cheesy tot not a chili cheese tot”, I was very kind and cool about it, no big deal, he says “okay” and I assume he’s going to go inside and tell them to correct the order. A few mins later he hands me my food, I say thank you and drive off, I didn’t eat my food right away because I had some cleaning to do, after I’m done I finally open my bag to eat and first I pulled out the tots (which were put in the bag upside down, so everything was sliding out of the container and into the paper bag), they were COVERED in chili, I couldn’t eat them at all, and there was no ranch sauce either. Next the burrito, I open it up, it’s loaded with tomatoes, and usually I would just pick them off and keep it moving, but because I left my order sitting for a minute, they were all mushy and indented into the rest of the burrito, so I scraped off what I could and ate around what I couldn’t get off (just the smell of tomatoes makes me nauseous), but I could only eat less than half of that burrito, no burrito picante sauce in the bag either. Now the cinna snacks, these weren’t too bad, they were about the only thing that I could eat, but they still looked kinda small and a little off, and there was no cream cheese dip in the bag, which normally comes with them, you shouldn’t even have to ask for it. I usually don’t do this type of stuff, I usually don’t complain and leave reviews like this, I’m a very chill and understanding person, but I couldn’t eat the majority of my meal, I literally ate 3 cinna snacks and 3 bites of my burrito, it’s not really fair, I wasted money, I even tried to tell the employee the order was incorrect and I was clearly and blatantly ignored, AND I left a voicemail with my name and phone number as well as a detailed message of what occurred on the restaurants phone as soon as I opened my food, and they have yet to call me back to rectify the situation. Probably won’t be eating here for a while, I don’t want to waste my money on incorrect food when I can go elsewhere and have my order made correctly, I’m not sure how you mess up THAT bad, I understand that there are young kids working there, but they’re old enough to be competent in the art of making simple food and putting it into a bag. It takes 30 seconds to double check an order and make sure it’s correct. I worked fast food as a teenager, I know the deal. I can forgive the small stuff, missing a sauce, missing a fry etc, but this was absolutely ridiculous, I couldn’t eat over 80% of my meal, and the fact that the employee looked right at me and acknowledged me like he was going to make things right and then didn’t, on top of the fact that the store never called me back to make things right, the whole situation was just ridiculous and a complete turnoff. And the food I did eat made me feel nauseous afterwards for some reason. If you end up coming here,...
Read moreJust a reminder to people who go thru drive thru and use a credit card. First off, the employees do not pay attention to the amount they are running the card thru for as my order was $27 and was charged $57. I had gone back the next day and talked to Steve the so called manager about the problem. He couldn't figure out why the employee ran it thru the way she did, however I was told that he would credit my card for $30 and that it would take 3 to 5 business days to go thru. On the 5th day I had gone back to sonic and was told by a another manager that it would be in my account in 2 days. 3 days had gone by and was now a total of 8 days and I still haven't gotten a credit. I had called to see if Steve was working and told him that I would be in after work and want my $30 back, I also had called headquarters and they didn't do anything for me. When I arrived at the store and there were quite a bit of people in the restaurant that had heard me tell Steve I want my money back, he told me he wanted to have a conversation with me. I just wanted my money back as I waited 2 weeks to get it and felt that was ridiculous and Since Steve was no help to me in the beginning as he could of just given me the cash, I will never eat there again and have told many people how their employees have no clue what they are doing and Steve as a manager us useless. I hope no one else gets over charged on their orders and have to deal with arguing with a manager to get their...
Read moreMy son had a scrimmage out this way, and being that we don't live in the area we wanted to try it. I ordered from the website upon leaving which was very easy and convenient. We ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburger combos, a bacon cheeseburger and tried the new fries. My taters were crisp and hollow. They tasted too much like oil, and the potato was fried right out of it. My roll on my cheeseburger was moist, and the moisture was visible upon opening it up. It just made my burger soggy. I ordered the brownie chunk frozen dessert. The pictures are so misleading on the website that I thought there might be too many brownie pieces. However, I ate a quarter way through and tasted only 2 brownie chunks, the rest were chocolate pieces. It was just not favorable at all. I was so excited for this new fast food experience, unfortunately disappointed and not sure about giving it another try. If I do I hear the milkshakes are very popular so it could possibly be a dessert stop. There's plenty of parking. We parked in the stall, it gives you a phone number to call. The girl who answered mumbled so much that I wasn't sure I dialed the right number so I had to ask. The boy who brought our food out was polite...
