IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
BEWARE!!
I lost my wallet here a couple weeks ago, and when I got home I called immediately! And of course, “nowhere to be found”
I called the following morning upon opening and even had my wife go there and the wallet was “still not here” . My family and I attended the very last screening of 7:30pm on a weekday with NO showings after.
When I told a buddy of mine what happened he remembered he lost his AirPods as well and they “couldn’t find it” but thankfully because of the Find My feature on the iPhone it showed it was in the theater and it was not moving, which meant it was still there. When he approached the staff it was the same “No it’s not here” .. When he demanded to see a manager, he said no they’re not here. When he showed from his phone that the AirPods were there, all of a sudden they found it in the back office. Wow!
Make sure everything is safe keeping when you’re in there and make sure you check your seats on your way out because this theater will 100% steal your stuff with no regards
That wallet was a gift from my grandmother while she was going through her chemotherapy - which shortly after - she had passed away. I even BEGGED and said I didn’t care about the money inside or the credit cards or anything, just to please return the wallet but to no avail.
Hey Regal, either pay your staff more money or do a better job during your hiring process. It sucks to know that a local theater would do this in...
Read moreI am the aunt of Maddie, the autistic young woman and her mother that was asked to leave your theater yesterday because of video taping with her phone. Before you tell me that in small print that no one could read there is a policy against this, I am wondering what your mission statement is. Did you think the American Disability Act just required you to provide seating without the expectation of respecting the people who purchased the tickets to sit in those seats? I’m glad your other reviews say you have a clean theatre and friendly staff. The manager told my niece when she tried to explain the situation that it would be a problem if it got out Regal Theaters allowed video taping, I wonder how Regal theaters will respond when it gets out an Disabled child was told to leave for violating a policy she will never be able to understand. I’m sure if any thought is given to this situation a better solution can be arrived at in the future. I needed to give you 1 star to write this statement but I didn’t mean to give the impression I meant it. Sensitivity training is...
Read moreThis place is like a lazy throwback to what I guess movie theaters might have looked like in a lifestyle ad during the 1950's.
The staff is slow. Took 25 minutes to get concessions with a short line. What made it annoying was that I was a bit late for my movie as a result and the workers didn't really seem to have a sense of urgency.
What saves this place? The price. I have not found a theater that maintains its equipment so well and charges well below AMC prices. Very much enjoyed myself when I was there. Raked seating means you don't have to worry about the 7 foot tall guy in front of you. Also, they do a great job not having lit up exit signs right next to the screen. Any required lighting in the room during the movie is discreet and not distracting to the movie.
Also the location couldn't be more perfect. Restaurants, bars and shops all around for before or after, plus you'll never have a challenge finding parking.
A worthwhile place...
