A Great Spot for Family Fun and Relaxation Riverside Park is a hidden gem in Neenah, Wisconsin. Located along the scenic Neenah Harbor, the park offers a variety of activities for visitors of all ages. During the summer months, families flock to the park to enjoy the playground. The unique play equipment, including slides and various climbing structures, keeps children entertained for hours. While the kids play, adults can relax on the nearby benches or take in the views of the sailboats gliding through the harbor. The park also features a spacious pavilion that can be rented for events. If you're looking for a picturesque spot to host a family gathering or picnic, Riverside Park is a perfect choice. On the Fourth of July, the park transforms into a prime location to watch the fireworks display. For those who enjoy fishing, the park provides easy access to the water. Cast a line and try your luck catching some fish in the Neenah Harbor. And if you're feeling energetic, take a walk or bike ride on the paved trail that winds along the riverbank. The trail offers a relaxing way to enjoy the scenery and get some exercise. Overall, Riverside Park is a fantastic place to spend a day outdoors. Whether you're looking for family fun, a scenic escape, or a spot to relax and unwind, this park has something to...

Returning to Riverside Park after so many years was an emotional and nostalgic experience. I spent a lot of time here as a kid, and while much has changed, the park still carries that same sense of wonder and adventure that I remember from my childhood.

One of the biggest surprises was seeing the rocket ship play structure. While the original rocket I used to climb on is long gone, I was glad to see that it has been replaced with a newer version. It’s comforting to know that the spirit of the old rocket ship lives on in a modern form, allowing a new generation of kids to create the same kind of memories I did.

Even more amazing was discovering that the old cannon is still here. I remember climbing on it and pretending it was part of some great battle. The fact that it’s still standing more than 50 years later is incredible and added a strong wave of nostalgia to the visit.

The park is generally clean and well-kept, though a few areas show their age. Still, the mix of old and new makes this a worthwhile stop, especially for those returning...

The park is absolutely beautiful. The play is inside a screened in pavillion with plenty of chairs. The pavillion is screened in so the mosquitoes are kept almost done to nothing. I did not get bit once. I was comfortable for the most part and if i wasn't it was due to my health issues, lol. They had ice cream, popcorn, beverages you could purchase. The acting was very well done, very entertaining. The comedy play was so funny. Not for kids, long and not for kids. Great place to take visiting adult family members if you are looking for something to do in Neenah. It was humid so take one of those handheld folded fanning things to fan yourself. I did not go to the bathrooms, but i heard they were wet everywhere due to the humidity but carry a little tiny spray bottle from your local dollar store with cleaner or wet wipes to clean whatever you want to use in the bathroom because they are park bathrooms. Yes, i look forward to going again. This was the first time I had been to...

An excellent place for walks, jogs, outdoor grilling, fishing, and serenity. Has a giant dedicated playset for children to romp, but the park is big enough to set up shop elsewhere if kids aren't in your plan. Lots of benches by the river, with downtown Neenah as your backdrop across the water. Plenty of spots to park your car, and Kimberly Point Park is right next door, an easy stroll away. Riverside Park is one of the best parks in the Fox Cities.

From the quiet days of walking around the peninsula next to the water & returning back to work through the park, to those delightful years of having our littles run off energy at the "rocket park" before stopping at the library, to then hosting family & friends for picnics, or when celebrating birthdays or holidays, to gathering groups & clubs... Riverside Park has been a welcoming & beautiful space for us over decades.
