I arrived with a group of 4, we stood at an opening at the bar and waited for 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us while he chatted with others. We ordered 4 old fashioned but before we could specify whiskey sours the bartender turned around to make our drinks. They came out brandy sweets, that was fine, partially our own fault. We closed our tab, one person picking up all 4 drinks. When we asked to close the tab he said he wasn’t playing the open and close a tab game all night and this would be our last drink if we closed the tab. Read moreThis is a cosy spot with a huge selection of whiskies, from the cheap to the devine. They have a good selection of American, Canadian, and Scotch whiskey as well as bourbon. The bourbon list is far and away the most extensive. They mix cocktails as well, and my wife enjoyed a fine bourbon cocktail. I tried a couple of very nice bourbons and we had a nice time.
We were there early on a Saturday night, and the place filled up quickly as it got later. By the time we left it was very busy. There was only one bartender, and somehow she managed to keep everyone happy. She was very busy by the time we made our exit!!

Quaint setting that made you feel at ease, the bartender,(I think her name was Emma) was fantastic. I instead stayed for about four drinks and even called a coworker over because it was such a good time. Huge selection of whiskeys, ryes, and bourbons.
