If you are doing self pick up Uhaul here, immediately cancel or change your reservation to a different location to save yourself a major headache. I just had the WORST experience here. I made a reservation weeks ago to pick up a Uhaul van but when I showed up today the staff had no idea how to use the system and the issue couldn’t be resolved even after waiting for two hours. I had to go to a different location to start a new reservation. During the two hours, the staff was apologetic but still that was not the excuse for not knowing how to do their job. You could have reached out in advance to suggest I transfer to a different location if you guys are not even sure how to do this. I mean this is 50% Uhaul’s fault (no training according to the staff here) and 50% the staff at this store’s fault. If you’re doing this pickup deal with Uhaul, you’re responsible for knowing how to do your job. Update 9/27/24 Chris, the manager, told me to come back when I was ready for counter tops. I ordered a sample from Formica, their new vintage pattern. Brought the sample and measurements and holy cow after a few minutes on phone to distributer, I placed my order. The price is phenomenal, includes the caps and trim kit! Please stop in to see Chris if you are thinking about upgrading or remodel. You won't be disappointed. By the way I got the pattern called "Boomerang".

Best timing ever. Redoing my kitchen. First stop at Home Outlet and found returned upper and lower cabinets in perfect shape and an extremely reasonable cost!!! Customer Service lady was very helpful. I'm sorry I did not get her name. Came back a day later and bought one more base cabinet and found the matching cabinet at the Baldwinsville store!! Great prices on high quality materials. At first when I compared the prices of the Cabinetry they sold with Home Depot and Lowe's the prices seemed identical. Then I realized that they only sell all solid plywood construction cabinets, which are nearly twice as expensive at Home Depot and Lowe's.
