Decent stack of what you would expect in a hydro shop. For brew gear they are ramping into that more with a pretty nice stock and fairly decent hours. They have a few niche items or an isle of such, as hot sauces from around the world I think, some really pricey hot sauces with cool bottles that command top $ but likely don't move much in this economy. They downsized the HID lighting selection with the transition to LEDs but for flowers I'd say LEDs still lack the penetration so for now many of the best deals are on line. The sales associates are OK depending on much, but are best for noobs WRT hydro and growing, and OK with brewing. Bottom line is the good location and hopefully the same or better increased hours may keep them alive. Cut out the convenience and hours and they will be gone in a few years.

2023 Edit: they are slipping. Went in was out fast, they are not adapting and attitudes are less than great...

I went to this store thinking I wanted to support a local business rather than a big box store. My bad for not comparing prices ahead of time. I was charged $20 for a 1 cubic ft. bag of Coast of Maine compost. I bought 9 bags. I was surprised at the price, but was told everything went up, because of shipping costs. I believed the person and paid the amount. When I checked the price at other places, like Country Max, the price was $12. I called to see if they would give a discount given that they way over charged me. I was told there was nothing they could've do and they could not take back the product. Wow! Never going there again! I was told to go ahead and leave a bad review, because no one looks at them...

I've been a customer here for a few years now. Their prices have always been very high. They would tell me it's because you're getting fresher and nondamaged product and can inspect before you buy...or, you get fake product online. Well after my last visit I paid 140 for an item i can get online for 60, i'll take my chances. Dirt and grow medium are the only reasonably priced items there and even them can be found at least 20% cheaper locally. Not owned/managed very well at all. There are very very good vendors online through amazon and elsewhere just do your research, two online shops in Michigan are top notch and fast quality shipping. Shop elsewhere they are just too expensive ....even...
