One Stop Tech Shop — Attraction in Town of Geneseo

First of all I would like to thank all the staff and support at this shop. I brought in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for repair. I had my front screen cracked and the phone damaged to the point where things were skeptical, not sure if fixable due to the damage. But with all things going worse case scenario Frank pulled it off. He was able to repair my phone screen, and get everything back to working order the best he could. All it took is time and patience and this man can get anything done. I would highly recommend going to this shop for any phone, computer and probably a console repair if he does consoles there as well. He does the best of his abilities to ensure a customer leaves happy. He also hooked me up with a otterbox plus defender case and a glass screen protector to ensure the best protection for my device possible. I've had the pleasure of working with Frank and his team on several different occasions. As a student, I can't recommend this tech shop enough. They fix your tech and can also sell you new laptops, phones, etc. They function on a walk-in basis where you don't need an appointment; you simply walk in and get any help that you need. Frank dropped everything he was doing on a Saturday morning when I fried my phone the evening before, and he not only helped me get a new iPhone 14, but he went the extra mile and worked to get it into good enough condition to trade it in for $210, which he did not have to do but was extremely appreciated. Frank has been honest, was never pushy, and a true pleasure to work with, in addition to the rest of the team at One Stop Tech Shop. I can't recommend this place enough. Called to inquire about having my Samsung ultra 23 screen replaced. The gentleman was very honest and said that while he could replace the screen and had a it in stock, he was not a Samsung approved repair place and for the sake of the future function of my phone (including receiving updates), he recommended taking it elsewhere and provided the name and locations of the repair place. So while I technically didn't receive a service from them, I had to leave a review because it's so refreshing to find a business that's so honest, they refer business that they can actually do, to add competitor because it's in the best interest of the consumer.
