Samantha was not thorough with her sales: We Would like to return this new charging block. We didnāt know until it came upon sales when she said it was āour bag of goodiesā and that it is NEEDED (2 charging blocks). We paid for 1 with knowledge (my husbands) and we paid for mine without knowledge. Up sale⦠She tried twice to sell me a phone case when I didnāt like the inventory. I declined the first time. Then in the middle of sales she said āi really think you should do some sort of phone caseā. I eventually told her I would do a screen protector out of guilt. Did not tell us price. It was $60. I didnāt expect a āliquidā glass protector. I thought a clear plastic cover. When I was watching her get it for me, she poked around the screen protector area and it seemed they didnāt have the stick in one for my phone. She could have said something. Does the liquid one actually work? The sale: said a good deal would be made based upon opening a new account ( also upgrade wise). Was not able to happen because phone # had to be released. She and another representative had a discomforting quarrel over my phone based on her getting sales. Sam was upset because she doesnāt get credit? Told me my new IPhone 12 mini was a 128 GB just as my husbands 12 pro max would be. But mine is a 64GB. Based from receipt. She Lied or has no knowledge. I donāt like how the account was put in my name because my # was already a Verizon customer. My husband and I came in for it to be put in his name and new account. Sam told us that otter-box/ defender phone cases were cheaper in store than on Amazon. Tried to up sale. GUESS WHAT- I found a case myself that was cheaper and that I liked that had my preferences. Phones were halfway āerasedā before leaving the store. How can we be sure? I understand you had a lot of waiting customers. I just want to say, sure we got our new phones and all but the up sale BS is not okay. We should have caught it before leaving the store. We were there for 3 hours and yeah, we were all tired of it after awhile. I just donāt think itās right that we got charged for Stuff that we didnāt know or consent to. We wonāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped in Verizon on a Wednesday evening because my phone was not receiving text messages from all my contacts only some of them. I worked with Josh after an hour of him looking at my phone he said I definitely needed a new phone. My phone is an iPhone 13 it was not very old and never dropped damaged or put in or near water. I had no choice but to purchase a new phone so I reluctantly purchased a new phone along with the OtterBox and screen protector. Purchased an iPhone 14. The next morning, I still was having the same problem with the new phone so I immediately went in to the store spoke with another gentleman who was very condescending and rude. After being there for an hour, all it took was a phone call to Verizon because there was a setting on my phone that corporate changed without my knowledge, and I was unable to get texts from phones that were not iPhones. I wanted my old phone back because there was nothing wrong with it. It was a Verizon error. They claimed my phone was already gone. when. I also had several products that Josh had added on such as phone protection, and water damage protection, which I told him I did not need or want very disappointed with the customer service at that location , I did ask for a phone call back from the manager and I never got one. I do not recommend this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe young lady that helped me purchase my iPhone 14 was amazing. Her name was Rebecca, she took her time answering all of my questions and concerns. On Friday afternoon I visited a Verizon store in Irondequoit the manās name was Paul Rankin and he was not friendly and was curt with me when I was trying to ask him questions, we finally just walked out. Next we went to the Verizon store in Henrietta on Jefferson Road and the gentleman who was helping me his name was Damion. I was treated quite poorly by this gentleman as well. He set up an appointment with me and when we returned to the store this guy was no longer in the store. We drove 45 minutes from my home in Dansville to Rochester New York. Gas cost a lot of money and I am disabled so I donāt have a lot of money and to drive 45 minutes one way is unacceptable to me. But the young lady in the Geneseo Verizon store was amazing, like I said earlier her name was Rebecca. This girl needs a raise, I walked out that store with a brand new iPhone 14 and a new iPad. Some of your employees need a refresher on how to treat...
