Charisma Jewelers — Attraction in Town of Greece

I couldn’t be happier with my recent experience at Charisma Jewelers. When it came time for me to buy an engagement ring for my sweetheart, I nervously visited several jewelry stores near my home in Greece, NY. Of the three stores I visited, I felt the most comfortable in Charisma Jewelers. From the look and feel of the store to the selection to the knowledge and demeanor of the staff, there was just no comparison.

I made a second visit with my sister to help me pick out the actual ring. She asked me about the other stores I checked out and informed me that Charisma was the only place she would go anyway. Apparently she too had good experience there.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Daniela who was very friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, patient. We must have looked at every ring in the store before finally settling on the perfect stone and setting. Due to some tight time constraints on my (then girlfriend) coming to town during the holidays, I asked Daniela for a big favor. Could they possibly resize or exchange the ring in less than two days after I popped the question? After doing a little checking, she cheerfully agreed.

The ring was ready as promised, but as luck would have it, weather issues delayed my sweetheart’s flight and she didn’t get in until late the night before I had to get the ring back. So, I popped the question as soon as we got back from the airport. Thankfully, I got a tearful “Yes!” for an answer. First thing the next morning, we were back at Charisma to get the ring re-sized. Again, the friendly and cheerful staff went out of their way to make sure the ring would be ready on time. And believe it or not, it was actually ready later that same day. My fiancé couldn’t stop looking at the beautiful ring that was returned to us. Like her, it absolutely sparkles. In fact when she shared pictures of it with her family, everybody said it simply couldn’t be real!

My search for an engagement ring started back in the Spring of 2018. I spoke and got estimates from various jewelers in both the Raleigh NC area and online and had the same experience; over-priced and hidden fees for low quality diamonds that weren't even .75 carats. I went on a business trip back in January and my friend recommended Charisma Jewelers. When I walked in, I was helped by Morgan. Unlike my past jeweler experiences, she had her focus on finding the diamond that worked best for me rather than trying to make a sale. I told her my budget and the size diamond I was looking for and she pointed me to the perfect one. One thing I really appreciated was at one point during my visit, I asked to compare it to a more expensive diamond with a higher clarity (I wanted to compare the clarity difference between a lab grown and a real diamond). She told me not to focus on the clarity scale because it could easily push me over the budget -- this showed that she cared about what worked best for me. One of the best shopping experiences we have had in a long time. We were not only extremely satisfied with the service provide and the weddings rings we purchased but also very impressed with Halis memory and level of customer service. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring with Hali in July/August of 2020. I am allergic to most metals resulting in my inability to wear anything other than sterling silver or stainless-steel for long periods of time. Hali helped him pick out the perfect ring and had it made in sterling silver with my favorite cut. We returned to Charisma for our wedding rings in June of this yr. Not only did she remember him almost a yr later but also remembered my metal allergy. She made sure that the rings I was looking at could be made in silver and made sure we recieved any and all discounts that applied to us. When I came in today July 19th Hali recognized me immediately even though the last time she saw me I was in a mask. She remembered that we were moving soon and that our upcoming nuptials are quickly approaching.
