On 7/14/22 I went to Core Life to get a healthy supper to take out. When I arrived at 7:30pm there were two parties in line ahead of me. The lady taking orders moved along quickly and I gave her my order. She prepared the bowl with the greens and moved my prep bowl down the line. The couple before me had ordered meals that included avocados and the guy preparing the bowls was having a difficult time with opening and removing the pit. Struggling with scooping the avocado out of its peal and making a mess out of it, he finally finished. The second proved to be even more of a challenge. When he finished both he added what I believe was salsa, spilling some on the counter. He looked around thinking no one saw him and scooped it up and put it back in the container. Next he went to the grill and started grilling what appeared to be chicken even there was already a staff member at the grill. A customer who was by the beverage counter called to him and he went and took the bowl she handed him and started adding ingredients into it. No one at this point had paid attention to my order. A tall gentleman came from the back, saw my order and added a few ingredients then went into the back again. A staff member who appeared to be the manger came out of the back with two other staff. The manager looked around, spoke to a couple staff members and then disappeared to the back. Now there were at least five or six staff with most of them just standing around talking. Over 20 minutes had gone by since I first ordered and my order had barely been given any attention, I simply walked out. I have been to Core life many times and never had such a negative experience and it will be awhile, if ever, till I go back to this location though it is...

So i always go to the Webster Core Life and have no problems. A few months ago i went to the Greece Core when it first opened, i ordered 3 salads and they left the meat off of 2 of them. By the time i got back to work and realized this, i called and let the manager at the time know about it. She basically told me "well, we can re-make the salads but you have to pick them up today". I was really disappointed because i work at a job where i cannot easily get up and just go and get salads after i already took the time to do it in the first place. Needless to say my co-workers ate their salads without the meat. Fast forward to today, when getting my salad at the Webster location (I have already left a 5 star review on google for the webster site), when i was just telling the lady at the cash register about that experience and how thankful i was that webster was so much better--- the guy standing next to me was the district manager Rob. He introduced himself and apologized for the experience and then rectified the situation with 2 free entrees. He could have totally ignored what i said ( i would have never known) and went about his day. But- he didn't. What a stand up guy! It shows just how much the people at Core really care about their customers and will do what they can to keep them as customers. I don't know who the manager was at Greece that was so cold, but Webster Core employees are always prompt and nice, and their management is awesome....

I have to share how disappointed I was with this Core Life location. We walk in and everyone looks miserable. It was 7:40, their day was almost over and it was obvious. The food containers, with all the different toppings, were so messy! It was gross! It looked like they hadn’t wiped it down all day. The only person that talked to is what the guy who starts the order. The other 2 girls were complaining about something. The register and all around it was dirty along with the plastic Covid partition. The area by the forks and spoons were dirty too. It looked like no one ever cleans. I was so surprised because our CoreLife in Lancaster, PA is amazing. From the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Also, my husband got a make your own bowl and he literally had 4 pieces of chicken. We didn’t realize it until we got back to our hotel to eat it. Whoever is managing or owns this place needs to get this restaurant back to what it should be. You should feel good walking into a CoreLife! Everything about it screams HEALTHY. Again, it was close to closing time but come on. To me that’s inexcusable. Also, we were walking out and someone was trying to come in and the door was locked. I looked at my watch and it was 7:51. I don’t know. I wouldn’t go back there when we come...

*****Healthy food without compromises***** I recently saw an ad on Facebook advertising Corelife Eatery and decided to check it out. It's always a struggle to find a good place for lunch that serves healthy food while also being delicious. CoreLife eatery does just that. My whole experience was nothing short of perfection. The staff was friendly, greeting me with a "hello" and "how is your day going". They did a wonderful job explaining the menu and process. I ended up ordering a spicy ginger sesame steak salad. It was absolutely delicious, their dressing was superb and their steak was cooked to a nice medium rare unlike most places that cook it well done. They also have a wide variety of unique iced tea's. From the service, to the food, to the atmosphere - everything is top notch. All of this is the reason it is now my go to place for lunch

Visited CoreLife Eatery excited for their healthy menu options. The food quality was impressive, showcasing fresh and flavorful ingredients. However, two aspects didn't meet my expectations. First, my 24oz smoothie order was noticeably short, filled to about 18-20 oz, which was disappointing given the anticipation for a full, refreshing drink.Secondly, the pricing felt steep. For one bowl and two drinks, my bill came to $36 before tip, which seemed overpriced for the portion and content received. While I appreciate the quality of the food, the value aspect is a consideration for future visits. Great tasting meals and health-focused options, but they need to revisit their portion sizes and pricing to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

For a restaurant that is supposed to be healthy they can't answer questions about monosodium glutamate. Or provide any direction for me to look it up for myself. I decided on my last visit to try a bowl until I saw the worker stop using the spoons and ladles and grab blue cheese with his gloved hand and then several ingredients after that. As someone with severe allergies he contaminated everything he touched after the cheese. I decided to get mac and cheese only to see this filthy lid and that my container wasn't even full.
