It wasn't even busy when I came in tonight and the order my boyfriend and I had wasn't complicated. First, I ordered a Bud light and water with an appetizer. I got my Bud light about ten minutes later, but no water. I probably should have just gone to the bar. Then, my boyfriend and I ordered our meals. The waitress seemed like she was writing everything down. I asked for water again.
Then my meal came (which was good, the cook I have no problems for); however, no appetizer or water. A girl that wasn't my waitress brought my food out and didn't even know I ordered an appetizer. She apologized and said she would let my waitress know. Five minutes later, she shows up and tells me that my appetizer was just put in. I told her nevermind and to take it off my bill. I don't want my appetizer once my meal is done. She then ran off before I could ask for silverware (I ordered Mac and cheese). After five to ten minutes later, I finally got my waitress to come back and I got an attitude when I asked my waitress for silverware, and water again.
Once my boyfriend and I had ready completed our meals, she finally makes her way back to the table to ask if he would like a refill on his steak fries. She avoided us through our entire meal. Also my bill was also wrong and I had to complain and have it changed.
The icing on my cake was when the waitress decided to complain and talk about me to another waiter within my earshot.
The rudeness, disrespect, and absence-mindness I experienced can't be fully expressed in text and this description of events does not even begin to explain my absolute regret in going out tonight. And due to my laziness, I will not write anymore other than to state I only went here because I had a gift card, and honestly I would...
Read moreI regret to say that my recent experience at your restaurant was the worst and most unforgettable dining experience I’ve ever had. From the moment my party of six arrived, there were no tables or booths readily available for our group, and we had to wait for them to be prepared. While this was a minor inconvenience, it set the tone for the rest of our visit.
Once seated, next to another larger party, we began to review the menus. During this time, a staff member approached us and asked if we could move to another area of the restaurant. Shortly after, a waitress informed us that we no longer needed to move, but no explanation was provided for the initial request or the subsequent change.
When our food arrived, we were dismayed by the complete lack of attention from the staff. Not once were we asked how our food was, whether it was cooked to our liking, or if we needed anything else. No one came to offer drink refills or inquire if we desired dessert. In stark contrast, the other party next to us received attentive service from two different servers, who engaged them with kind words, questions, and even shared laughter. This disparity in treatment left my family feeling marginalized and ignored.
One cannot help but wonder if the difference in treatment was due to the visible diversity of my family compared to the other dining party. While I prefer not to make assumptions, the stark contrast in service suggests a potential discriminatory factor.
Completely flabbergasted by the lack of service, I paid my bill using the digital device provided at the table and left. Throughout our entire meal, not a single staff member came to check on us. This experience has left such a negative impression that I will never step foot in a Red...
Read moreService was good. Food was NOT. Steak fries were the little pieces left in the bottom of the bin. The burger must have been precooked as it came out 5 minutes after ordering. All of the food was barely warm. I've eaten here many times over the years, but today was my last time. They may have saved a few minutes by precooking, and saved 50¢ by serving the dregs from the fry bin, but they lost a customer. Also, I hate using the table-top kiosks to pay. The servers pleasant personality is the only reason the rating is not a 1/5.

For Christmas I got a gift card, so my son and I went back today. January 9th, 2023. Our server was Abby. She was GREAT. Perhaps the best server I have ever had anywhere. She was polite, attentive, fun and "bubbly". Today the food was great! Well prepared and hot. Both the food and service deserve more than a 5/5. I still don't like the Kiosk on the table. It would not accept the gift card, but Abby took care of everything and invited us back to see her anytime. It was a very pleasant experience. They've...
