Sicilian Delight — Restaurant in Town of Greece

I live in Texas and New York is supposed to be known for their pizza but regardless of what anyone else says or thinks this place's pizza is delicious... big slices on a thin crust and so many flavors to choose from. The staff are always very friendly, the food is always consistent, what more can you ask for if you're just hanging out at the mall or want a quick, convenient something?! They also offer calzones, stromboli, salad, baked ziti, pepperoni rolls, garlic knots, bread sticks and more. It's not pricy and hits the spot, never a bad slice. One thing I've noticed in this area is that, in my experiences, people don't seem to take pride in their work in the food industry (primarily fast food) or the area... and before I get a lot of haters, let me explain....I drive around all over and see garbage everywhere, I've eaten many places where I've waited 30 minutes in some cases for fast food only to get my order and it be wrong, I get told, "Oh we don't have any spicy chicken", or biscuits, or whatever all the time. So, one thing I can say without hesitation is that yes this might just be mall pizza, so be it... but I can also say with a high level of certainty that their food is consistent, the staff care, and your order will more than...

So, I hadn't realized this was in the mall when I was looking around for pizza. Unfortunately, it definitely fits the standard of 'mall pizza'. I can't even quite tell what's wrong with the pizza. I just put it in my mouth and my taste buds yell at me. Maybe the cheese is cheap? The sauce too salty? I can't tell. The crust on the Sicilian is honestly really good, but everything else is just so rough. The bacon especially was just crunchy salt bombs, basically, no smoky flavor. The price fluctuated up $8 from what it was ordering online. I thought I'd save them the fee of using the online ordering app, only for it to blow up in my face. The strangest part is that the garlic knots were great??? I think they have dough set here, but everything else needs a rework. This is by far the best pizza I have ever had. It literally made me want to try everything! The portions are giant. The combos are so much food for an amazing price...this place is the best kept secret Rochester has had to offer me since we moved here from CT a yr ago. Lucy (owner) was amazing and simply the nicest most hard working person I have ever met! This place needs to be shared far and wide! Amazing! I cannot say enough!! I know I'll be back! Side note-that crust....the dough...it's giving me life!! I would add a photo if I didn't...
