Try to order through the app and could not customize my order. Came to the store and my order was over charged. Then the association tells me that I had to specify what I wanted when I order the meal under $10 dollars and that the associations are going to put your order u see the pick two even though that is the deal because they don’t always know what the deals are. I said what if a person is allergic to what’s on the turkey sandwich and just want it plain. She stated that you could not take anything off of it and had to have it the way it was advertised. I told her that it’s horrible and that is awful to not have your sandwich the way you need it and wonder if a person is allergic to tomatoes the associate said that the way it has to be and it’s not horrible. I told her I would be writing a review and she stated that it would go against the store and I told her oh well, I am ordering from this store and this has never happened when I have ordered from any other Panera store. Will not be coming back and would not recommend this store to anyone. Customer service is not good. In 2024, an unprofessional manager confronted me on the customer floor, telling me to leave because one female employee falsely accused me of "stalking" her. I told him to provide evidence of this claim. When he denied having any evidence,the female employee made her identity known on the public floor. I yelled at her, "What is wrong with you? What evidence do you have to accuse a male customer of stalking you? Do you have a video recording on your phone, an audio clip of things I said? Where do you get off pointing a finger and accusing?" Then she had a panic attack. So the manager insisted that I leave. I called the police and they could not help. I called corporate, and they investigated for a week. They called me stating that I was welcome back and that the manager would receive leadership training. However, no free items were offered. I refuse to return to the Greece location. That experience was awfully degrading and showed evidence of hiring low-quality workers for management and general staff. I recommend that others visit other restaurants nearby...
Read morePlaced out order at drive thru. Came to just over $50. We were asked to pull forward and wait. They never came out. They gave out our food to some one else at the window after telling us to pull forward and left us sitting there for 20 min. We had to go inside and tell them we never got our order and they knew they had given it away and never even bothered to come tell us they had made the mistake. All in all it took almost 40 min to get our food and when we asked for a discount because of their mistake we were told no but we can give you a coupon. No one was rude but the lack of concern was so aggravating to me. On top of that, Employees were on phones while on the line making food, the place was dirty like no one knows how to clean while they work and the bathrooms look like they were flooded there was so much water in there. Instead of having someone mop it up they simply throw a wet floor sign in there and left it.
