Robert Fine Jewelry — Attraction in Town of Guilderland

So I have known Robert for at least 8 year now at this point. From the start he was always honest and open. His passion for the trade always clear. Near a year and a half ago I gave him a brief, find me a lab grown CVD diamond of 1.3K to 1.5K. D or E color VVS1 and Excellent cut. Not being in a hurry meant that we would wait for the very best. Robert eventually was able to deliver what is a completely stunning stone. 2.4K, D color, VVS1, Excellent cut. Words do not relate just how stunning a stone Robert was able to procure for us. The additional karat was worth every penny. The mount required to compliment such an extraordinary stone required a lifetime of experience. Robert, and his son Eli, helped me zero in on a perfect mount for the diamond. Eli sat down with me at the computer, and using bespoke software for jewelry design, was able to make the changes to the design and then render it in Platinum for viewing. The young man really does have a talent and skill with the CAD software. Once OK was given the ring was printed and cast in every fine detail visible in the render. Robert then set to polishing the ring and mounting the stone and spending all the time necessary to finally deliver a truly stunning one of a kind ring worthy of the woman I love. Words can not relate just how much gratitude and and appreciation I have for his generosity of time to deliver the ring in time for Christmas. Jewlers are not generally the sort I hold in high regard, I look at them more along the same lines as a used car salesman. Robert is the most genuine, honest person I know. He was my moms jeweler and now he is my jeweler. When I first started going to Robert I over paid him in error and I didn't realize I did. He went out of his way to get a hold of me to tell me I over paid him and to return the money to me. Then just yesterday I went to him to get my mom's ring cleaned and while I was there he offered to clean all of my rings which were purchased at Northeastern fine jewelry not Robert's. I was happy he offered because Northeastern told me they would have to keep my rings for about 2 weeks to inspect and clean them. He inspected them and found a couple of my diamonds were lose in my wedding band which was the one purchased at Northeastern. He offered to fix that as well and said they would all be ready later in the day. I went back later to pick them up and they looked fantastic. I asked him how much I owed him and he said not to worry about it, that he just wants to take care of his customer.
