I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The owner and coach is incredibly knowledgeable and truly passionate about fitness. He pays attention to every detail, ensuring that everyone feels supported and motivated. The atmosphere he fosters is welcoming and uplifting, making workouts enjoyable.
The gym itself is always clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus. Its location is perfect—easy to get to and convenient for my schedule. No matter your fitness level, he has the answers to all your questions and tailors workouts to accommodate everyone. I’ve never felt out of place here, and I’m grateful for the community he has built.

I've been to many gyms over the years but I have never worked out as hard as I do at 5 Towns Crossfit and I don't think I've ever looked in better shape. Coach Byron is great. The coaching staff is very knowledgeable, experienced and attentive - it’s not common to get a hit on all 3. Even if you are not as serious about your fitness as they are, you will still see results.
