Where do I begin? My husband and I walked in to Kardesh about a month ago after only having been there to have watch batteries replaced in the past. We met Jeff, who had also helped us in the past. Jeff is incredibly warm, kind and has such a nice, calm disposition. We walked in to Kardesh with a list of things we needed. The first thing was there was always something that bothered me about my engagement ring setting. While my ring was purchased somewhere else, Jeff did not hesitate to give us his opinion and what I respected in Jeff, was that he in no way tried to disrespect the work of the other jeweler. In fact, Jeff completed my ring and kept telling us it was a very beautiful ring however he understood what was bothering me and said with a small alteration he can make the ring look that much more beautiful and modern. Well, he didn't disappoint!! My ring looks even more beautiful and I couldn't be happier! Next, I walked in with an old gold ring that had several small diamonds. I asked Jeff what he thought he could do with it. After throwing around a few ideas, we decided on a pendant that Jeff said he would create for me. Jeff called me during the process and kept me informed of the progress. He said he needed to add a few small diamonds to complete the piece which I agreed to and all I can say is, wow! The pendant came out so beautiful!!! In addition to that, we brought in several rings that needed to be sized and Jeff made sure we were 100% happy. I was so impressed with Jeff's professionalism that I know I will be back in the future. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! Essentially I cannot put it into words on how great Kardesh jewelers is. I was put in a contact with Jeff by mutual friend and I couldn’t have been happier to work with him. I truly have found a friend for life. Although I live hundreds of miles away, Jeff did absolutely everything as if I was in the store with him. This has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with a jeweler.

My main purpose of working with Jeff was to get an engagement ring for my now fiancé. The hard work and dedication that he and his team put into finding the perfect stones for me is beyond unbelievable. Not only did they find the perfect stones but they also made sure that they were certified through GIA. As assumed...the stones were perfect, but what really blew my mind was when I sent him some rough ideas on how I wanted the ring to look, he went above and beyond to make sure that the ring was as unique as possible, and truly made a family heirloom that will live on for generations.

To make a long story short, I will never work with another jeweler ever again and will only ever recommend Kardesh jewelers as the place to go to get unique and certified jewelry. They absolutely change my entire outlook on getting custom pieces made as well as having some of the best inventory I have ever seen. The best part about it is that it doesn’t matter the distance of how far away you are, they will take care of you like family and treat you with respect while also getting you the best deal for your budget.

I was referred to Hislon by a good friend and originally came in for a small repair. They did it quickly and for a very reasonable amount. It got me thinking that perhaps I should look into getting some rings sized with them. I had reached out to other Jewlers the year prior and was quoted some crazy numbers for sizing three rings. One of the most popular Jewlers in town even told me one of my white gold rings was platinum. Oh boy I thought! I came back to Hislon with my rings and Jeff already remembered my name. Everyone did. I thought, what a lovely family wish that treats customers big and small like family! I started to get quotes to size my rings and saw the prices at Hislon were much more reasonable than I was quoted elsewhere a year before. I sized five rings in total and am very pleased with the results. I can wear my rings again! And they confirmed my platinum ring was white gold, as I thought it to be all along! I ended up upgrading the stone in my engagement ring with them as well as an early anniversary present and still return for purchases and repair work. I am so thrilled with the level of customer service, friendliness and support. If they don’t have what you are looking for on site they will get it to you fast or make it for you.
