I came in a few weeks ago looking to get a blowout. After asking how much was a hair cut ($85), I decided to go that route. Wash was great. Anjelica was nice and personable. She told me to use a more hydrating shampoo and conditioner. She recommended one they had in store. I said ok great. At no point did I say that I wanted the shampoo. Blow out was great. My total was $116 + $30 cash tip. I thought it was $85+ extra charge for my long hair. The guy at the front desk said “this is for you” and it was the shampoo bottle. I thought they were gifting me the product for spending over $100 at their salon. It wasn’t until I got my receipt emailed that I saw they charged me $25 for the shampoo… It was terrible to deceive me this way. I wanted to build a friendship with a salon to get a blow out every month or so, where their prices were transparent, staff was friendly, salon was clean… but after this experience, I won’t be going back.

I have three kids it’s been four years since I actually did something for my self . I called around the day prior to Mother’s Day and was surprised they would be open on Mother’s Day (Sundays ) being it was my one day I actually could get my hair done and my husband was home to watch the kids. The entire experience was excellent- from the call to walking into the salon -the service till I left . Women who washed my hair was a sweat heart and the gentleman who did it rocked ! Speaking to him about what to do from color to cut and style I was put at ease I’d walk out happy ! They explained everything with their friendly hospitality the salon it self is beautiful! My kids and husband loved my hair ! My son who is four said wow mommy you look so beautiful- and thats exactly what I was made to feel today ! Thank you all so happy I came in and most definitely will be coming back ! Try them out - I’m sure you will not regret it!

I am 54 years old and because of medical issues and aging, I lost a ton of hair. It was really making me depressed because my hair was always great. I started seeing Angelica about seven months ago and she is so comforting. She really understands hair and doesn’t rush process. She explained to me step by step, the path we would take to repair my hair and make it look it’s best along the way. In a short period of time, she has restored my confidence because my hair looks amazing. I’m not totally where I want to be but that’s just because my regrowth needs to catch up to the rest of my hair. I have followed Angelica’s advice and see so much improvement. My fiancé said my hair has never looked better since I started seeing Angelica. She really has the right name because she is angelic! She is such a sweetheart! I almost don’t want to recommend her because I want her to myself lol. She’s awesome.

Short Version: I was there for more than 4 hours for services that should take 1 to 1 and a half. Did not get anywhere close to the cut or colour I asked for and was blatantly disrespected as a customer multiple times and was treated like I knew nothing. Terrible service and I would rate it 0/5 stars if I could

I scheduled a 4:00pm appointment with David and I should’ve known better than to come to this company when I saw how confusing their website was and couldn’t ask for multiple services online. When I arrived early to my appointment I sat waiting for 20-30 minutes. Then when I was finally seen it had been been with David, rather the woman (and the only other employee) who was working at the time. Even then, all that was done was a slight cut to my hair, which wasn’t even the cut the I asked for. Then I proceeded to wait another 20-30 minutes as I waited for what could only be assumed to be David’s 4:30 appointment to be done only to be asked to blow dry MY OWN HAIR.I was caught so off guard that I did so only because I had no idea what was even going on. Then I was also asked to pay in advance, which I regret doing because I paid $140 for a “luxury” experience which was nowhere near luxury. Then when it came to finally getting my hair bleached I sat for another hour as David attempted to lighten my hair only to have it come out half purple and half bright orange, ruining whatever colour I already had. Then only after a second round of bleach did the color even come slightly CLOSE to what it should have come out to, being told “I don’t know how it got to that color” even after being told “we don’t use that strong a developed.” David seemed to care more about the sensation of bleach on my hair (which I’m used to now after having bleached it several times) than the actual quality of work he was doing. Then when my haircut was “finished” after the bleach was done, the woman who had started it didn’t even cut my hair how I asked her to. At this point it was 8pm and I had been there for upwards of 8 hours. During those 8 hours, the workers did not wear their masks properly and even asked me if I wanted to take my own mask off during my appointment.

Overall I was completely appalled by the quality, price, and behavior of everyone during my visit and intend on calling and asking for a refund. The only reason why didn’t ask for one when I left was because I was so distraught and angered that if I had started a conversation I would’ve started screaming. If I could give this place a 0/5 star rating I would. When marketing yourself as luxury I expect much better service for $140. This was not luxury, this was merely better than chai and in my opinion it’s probably actually worse because with a chain salon, they are at least required to adhere to standards for...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. They claim they are a high-end Salon with high-end professionals. On April 29th I called the salon asking if they specialize on ombres. They guaranteed me that they do, so I made an appointment for that same day to get an ombre done I set there for more than 6 hours. The end result was my hair coming out Orange. Everybody in the salon try to work on my hair, close to closing there was no fixing so they recommended to come back within the next few days to get what I went in for originally. 4 days later i went back . They put more bleach on my hair and i sat there for hours . Before washing my hair out (Marina) puts the toner ontop of the bleach and lets it sit. I havr never seen that done before but im not a stylist . Everyone uses different techniques. She insurance me mh hair will be blonde ombre and when she washes my hair .its a brassy yellow. They she tries to be nice and tells me .ooh come back in a few weeks and we will put highlights . What!!!!!! If you could do what i asked for . Why not be honest to begin with . These people all tgey want is your money and they dont care about anything else . My hair is so damaged . When i went home that day i could even brush it because it was so elastic. When i went to a different salon to get it blow dryed . They could do it. So they suggested to cut all or at least as much of the damaged hair . With tears and so much anger i sat there getting more then 4 inches taken off and not to mention i still had 1 or 2 inches still of damanged hair. Not being able to do anything else to fix it. Im left with wearing hats all tge time until my hair starts to get its strength back. I will never go back to this place and i hope people stay away . They are very expensive , not professional and dishonest. They wont even refund my money back . I spend about 300 . For what ? For damaged ,elastic brassy streaky yellow hair . They dont even know what an ombre is. The second time i went there to attempt to fix it ,they even charged me more money. Shame on them but shame on me for going there to begin with. They wont even do the right thing and refund my money back. Im stuck with short hair. Damaged and out 300 bucks . My hair coming out of that salon looked like i...

I have been to Bella Vita before with fairly good results, so I decided last minute to make an appointment before the holidays to get a cut and go a little shorter. Because it was last minute they gave me an appointment with someone I'd never seen prior. When I got there, I excepted to see the place booming as it was only two days before Christmas. Instead I walked in to a completely empty salon. The hair dressser was nice enough but she criticized me MULTIPLE times about the fact that I use a flat iron most days to achieve the look I prefer. She told me I was literally breaking her heart about three quarters of he way through. My hair still looks really healthy so I wasn't sure why she kept going with that line. Anyway she gave me a haircut and I actually loved the length she cut so I was happy. When it came to styling she persisted on curling my hair. She had styled her own hair with that overly curly look so I guess that's why she wanted to style mine the same way. She basically begged me to let her try it, so I allowed it after she persisted, knowing I could just go home and re-style. I don't like the curly look for myself but tried to keep an open mind, in the end I absolutely hated it but it was fine. I still gave a great tip because it was the holidays and I can't be upset that we have different opinions about styles. When I got home I re-washed and styled my hair the way I liked. I was so upset to find out that the cut itself was horrible. It was all choppy (not in a good way) and was all different lengths. There was no long layers like I had asked. I hadn't noticed any of this when I was there because she styled it so curly I couldn't tell. I probably will not be going back because even on prior visits I found them to all be a bit pushy. I understand people want there hairdressers opinions but some people just want a cut without all the extra. I did get a balayge colour there on my very first visit and it did come out nice but even then they were pushy about other things and didn't want to listen to...
