Magical Wonderland — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

Wow, where do I even start with the Magical Wonderland? This place is a dream come true. It's like stepping into a different world where everything is warm, bright, and full of joy and magic.

As soon as you book, the anticipation starts to build. They send you this beautiful magical coin in the mail, and it’s your ticket into this enchanting experience. Opening that envelope with my kids and seeing their eyes light up set the tone for what was an unforgettable journey.

Now the train ride – it's more than just a ride. It’s a passage to the North Pole filled with lights, laughter, and the warmest feelings of happiness. You could see the excitement on the kids’ faces as the train chugged along, knowing that they were getting closer to meeting Santa.

And meeting Santa...what an experience! It wasn’t the usual rushed, impersonal meet-and-greet. The kids got to really spend time with him, sharing wishes and laughter, surrounded by the dreamlike ambience of his toy shop, living room, and sleigh room. The staff? Absolutely amazing. They made every moment even more special, handling everything with such care and attention.

The photographs we got are absolutely beautiful. Not your standard, posed pictures, but genuine moments of joy and wonder, captured perfectly. Every time I look at them, I’m instantly taken back to that magical day.

But words can hardly do it justice. The joy on my kids’ faces, the non-stop excitement, and the surprises that kept coming made it beyond worth it. Honestly, I’d pay double for the experience we had. Nothing on Long Island even comes close to this.

WOW!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband and I cannot express how thankful we are to Magical Wonderland for giving our two daughters the most amazing and memorable experience with Santa! We will never forget the huge smiles they both had the entire time! The amount of care, thoughtfulness, and love put into every little detail of this place is beyond incredible. The owner truly captured the magic and wonder of Christmas. The train ride to Santa’s workshop was so creative and magical - I have never seen our daughters’ eyes so wide in awe & excitement! Santa was incredible!! He took his time to go over our daughters’ wishlist and made every single moment so special for them. Our girls especially loved the hands on experience in Santa’s workshop and going on his sleigh! The control center was so cool too!! Both girls were in awe the entire time! Our older girl has asked every day since we left when we are going back to Santa’s workshop! Everything looked so beautiful!! The photographer was so patient and amazing with our girls! The photos are incredible and were sent to us very quickly! My friends and family were amazed by the photos and everyone asked where they were taken! I LOVED that I was able to take my own videos and photos! I made a slideshow of the videos I took in Santa’s workshop and I cry everytime I watch it! I randomly found this place on Facebook and I’m so glad that I booked it! All the little details are so thoughtful. My kids received a golden coin in the mail a week before the event. The lobby itself is decorated as a post office and the owner/worker there dressed up as a postman. The lobby alone has many photo props. The owner was so nice and even helped us taking some photos at the counter (it’s so cute and looks exactly like a Santa post office ). The kids ‘mailed out ‘ their letters to Santa by inserting their mails to a mailbox , and also inserting the golden coin to activate the virtual train ride that transported us to North Pole. Once we opened the door on the train, we entered Santa Claus’s house. Santa has been really patient with my kids and he went above and beyond to make my toddler smile. He was not really being himself during the shoot but with Santa’s help, we were able to have quite a few pictures of him smiling ! Other than interacting with Santa, my kids each got a cute sprinkled cookie, assembled a toy at Santa’s workshop , then went to the control Room and also got on Santa’s sleigh. They also got their ‘nice list’ medal as well as a nice list certificate plus a key! The photos came out very nicely and I love that they have both posed and candid photos.
