Burrito Mariachi — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

My wife and I ordered in last night and the delivery was on time and everything was correct, however the food was hit or miss. The nachos were just a blob of soggy nachos that I had to eat with a fork, and the amount of black beans on top and inside the nachos was ridiculous, we couldn’t even eat it. The cheesy chicken burrito I ordered said it has black ONIONS in it, they were black OLIVES, and way to many of them and it completely ruined the burrito, not sure if that was a typo on the menu or if they just decided to make up a new name for black olives. I would have asked for no OLIVES had I known they were OLIVES not ONIONS. Not sure if we will be ordering...

Owner and employees couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating giving extra large portions. However the day we went the chips tasted a bit stale / chewy and the chicken was dry and chewy as well. Not that fresh. The nachos platter also tasted as though it was microwaved. I’ve been here a few times before and it certainly didn’t taste like that. I don't know why we keep ordering food from this restaurant. We have been giving them our business for years, yet 8 out of 10 times, our order is wrong. Either something is missing, or they neglected to correctly write down what we ordered, or the quantity is wrong, the ingredients wrong, etc. Yes they apologize nicely, but the fact is our dinner is screwed up yet again. We will definitely try switching to their other location ... hopefully we have better luck with them. Their...
