As of today the experience we have encountered as per say not me but my child with an older adult honestly was disgusting needless to say if I wasn't on the carousel with her my poor child would have been bullied by this disgusting woman. The woman had the nerve to tell my child don't touch her when my child wasn't even touching her and she kept on saying things to my child and I said do not talk to my child she's a kid talk to me and she like I don't have to . That when I called over the attendant to let him know what is going on and asked if she could be moved because she was being disrespectful to my child and my child was there first. And she kept going on while the attendant was asking her to move. Read moreCute little place and the carousel horses are beautiful. It costs two bucks per ride. It's never crowded except when there's a bday party or event. The carousel does go very fast and the horses go up and down so I wouldn't recommend it for very young kids unless they are planning on sitting on the sleds. They also have a lovely little garden in front of the carousel house with benches to sit on. There's plenty of parking in front. And this is also next to the Long Island...
Read moreCarousel restoration, building, grounds, etc are all great. Maybe the excitement of riding it as a kid has worn off, but it left more to be desired. My four-year old said the same. You go around a couple of times and then you leave. I don't know, maybe I am just being a grouch. Also opening at 12pm on Saturday or Sunday is silly. They should open earlier on weekends.
Having it close to the Cradle of Aviation, Firefighter Museum and Children's Museum is nice if you are making...
