Reflections Fine Jewelry — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

Horrible Company. Scam artists. This company will send you something that is completely different then what is pictured, wont call you back, wont email you back. I am calling the BBB and Consumer financial Protection agency. I have been trying for a month and not one email , not one call back. I bought ring, they sent me a ring without a center stone, doesn't have that in the description or pictures. Its like they removed it and sent it to try and keep it. Straight up scam artists. So I am going to do something about it. IF you notice they have also created false accounts to boost their rating, so don't be fooled or you will be scammed. You have been warned! As you can see, there is no such thing stated no center stone included as this scam company just replied and said. Also I wrote him the day I got the poduct. Bought on 29th, they shipped it on the 4th. I got it way after 7 days. I wrote the only option this company has which is there website to text chat them. He didnt respond until today. I also wrote him the 27th which is the 7th time I wrote him and he responded today. IT was also a regular order but decided to say it was special order. What made it special? it was on his website, in a preselected size. nothing special. Scam artist. Dont worry called the attorney general office already, and FTC, will also be putting in reports anywhere and everywhere I can so nobody else can get scammed by this horrible scam company. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE SCREEN SHOT, DOES NOT SAY NO CENTER STONE. ALSO SHOWS PICTURE WITH CENTER STONE, THEN WOULDNT CONTACT ABOUT IT UNTIL 3 WEEKS LATER . I cannot say enough great things about Reflections. I highly recommend them for ANYTHING related to jewelry or precious metals. Been going there since at least 2004. After over 14 years, everyone’s like family, but what kept me coming back is their honesty and trustworthiness, which is hard to find. The owners and staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. (Never any pushy salespersons). They get new jewelry designs in every week or so and can also place special orders. (They recently helped me special order a watch for my husband's birthday and did a beautiful custom engraving on the back). They have STUNNING selections of all jewelry, especially engagement and wedding bands and they’ll work with your budget. The jeweler is a true craftsman. He has repaired and re-designed many things for me over the years. They have continually spoiled me with kindness, professionalism and beautiful craftsmanship, so I have absolutely no reason to go...

Over the summer I went into Reflections to get a stone set into a ring. Honestly, I had no idea what I wanted. The people there were extremely wonderful. They gave me some idea and gave me some direction. But never pushed. Their direction was what I needed. Plus I learned a bit while I was there. After a while I finally figured out what I wanted. I ended up going home and bring back a horrible picture. They were able to create something from my ideas and a picture. What I actually got was so much better that I could have imagined. The quality and detail they put into the ring was phenomenal. The whole experience was wonderful. One thing that I truly appreciated as well was keeping me informed of the process as well as choices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
