I am posting this as I am shocked a small business would treat a loyal customer this way. I’ve been coming here since this place opened and religiously every 2-3 weeks for many many years.This business has gotten too big to value loyal and repeat clients. Today I had a service booked, I was with a new technician and this girl put an excessive amount of tape on my eyes and took one hour and fourty five minutes to do my lashes and held my head straight by pressing on my head with her hands. This isn’t my first time getting lashes, I know how long it takes and what’s the process like. After about an hour or so I was getting a little annoyed, anxious and tired because of how slow she was, how tight my eyes were shut with multiple pieces of tape and how she was pressing on my head. I even told her not to press on my head heavily. The whole process was anxiety inducing especially having your eyes shut so much. Usually a tech used two pieces of tape per eye, but this technician used three to four times as much and she kept taping my eyes shut and adding more tape under my eyes. After the appointment was over, when I sat up my bottom lashes were stuck to the top!! Unbelievable and completely unacceptable after how long the service was and how much tape was used. When this was addressed with the owner, I was asked to tip the technician and then not to return again. I am surprised and extremely disappointed that a small business would treat a client this way and what a terrible way to take feedback from a loyal customer. Instead of dismissing the client this should have been handled with the technician!! I am beyond shocked as I have never been treated this way and was basically told by the owner that since this is his small business he doesn’t have to take me as a client moving forward and he’s treated other clients similarly and banned them. This probably reflects business practices from their country of origin because this certainly doesn’t happen in America. Relash doesn’t value loyal clients and they don’t hire and train new technicians well in order to accomodate their growing business. They even stopped giving a free lash brush after the service which they get for pennys. If you get a experienced techician you are good but someone new, then you’ll be screwed but still asked to tip. Super disappointed for being so disrespected today. They are rude, arrogant and lack basic manners and etiquette! Give your money to a place that will value you as a client, ladies!!! Avoid! In response to owners response: I apologized because you got upset that I told you I’d post a review and because I’m a kind person however you didn’t deserve that apology. I even said I didn’t want to create a scene in front of your customers and impact your business which you appreciated. When you turn around and ban me because I said I’d post a review (I hadn’t even posted yet) and after spamming me with long confusing messages and made up stories I will tell everyone about the experience because no one deserves to be treated this way! You are okay with positive reviews (incentivized btw) but when someone has a negative experience and wants to share, you ban them! Just look at the other reviews on here.. you’ve thrown multiple people out of your business and don’t value patrons. You told me this yourself, that you had similar situations with “other long time clients, even one that brought her whole family”. YOU retaliate against customers who have negative experiences. Your words from the text you sent, “ When a client raises the possibility of leaving a negative review, I take it as a clear sign that it’s best not to continue the relationship.” You are in violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) which protects consumers' ability to share their honest opinions about a business. I asked for single lashes and they put ones that came in 5. They came off right away and looked terrible.
The stylist was annoyed putting on my single lashes and she asked me to consider the ones that come 5 in one or however many come in one. I guess it speeds up her job applying those because I have a lot of lashes but the end result looks horrible.
They charged me a “no show” fee even though I tried to reschedule and instead of taking into consideration me being a recurring customer, they chose to make “a point” in applying the no show fee because of their policy. Horrible business tactics that make businesses...
