Rocco Anthony's — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

My best friend had her wedding at this veniew and it was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Im in the customer service business and I understand what kind of service should be provided to the customer. Ill start off by saying that the plates for dinner were dirty and disgusting and when I told the servers they told me to pick anther plate, thats gross and disrespectful. Next I spoke to the owner about certain things that were not specified in the contract but were charged to my best friend the day before the party and he told me I was stupid I didnt know what I was talking about... and last time I checked you dont speak to your guest like that. Anyway, long story short I will NEVER use a place like this again!!! Their staff is absolutly horrible and disrespectful! Never again! I wish I didnt have to give them 1 star bc they dont deserve it! I honestly cant discribe how disgusted I was and Im sure the rest of the guest felt...

Rocco Anthony's was the perfect choice for my daughter's Sweet 16. The room was the perfect size for our group of 70 guests although it could easily seat quite a few more. The overall ambiance was lovely, from the dance floor, linens, and tables to the lighting and large screen TV, where our wonderful DJ showed party pics all night. Nicole was an excellent party planner and Rocco was an attentive and efficient maitre' d. The sweet 16 package came with a fun pizza appetizer, choice of 2 pastas and 3 entrees, a Shirley Temple bar for the kids, and an ice cream bar for dessert. There was no extra charge to cut and serve the cake that we brought in. The coffee/tea bar was available the entire time, which some of our guests really appreciated, and the bartender was quick with a drink and a smile. The entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the event....

Rocco's went above and beyond all of my party expectations. I'd been to a party here before and the new renovations look wonderful. I hosted a 50th birthday for my father. Everyone was so quick to respond to the many questions I had up until my event! When I arrived, the room was set beautifully! We had penna a la vodka, eggplant rollitini, chicken francese and chicken parm. Everything was so delicious - our guests were raving about the food. We had so much food, we even had some leftovers to take home. We also added a carving board, which was a great addition, I recommend it. We had a great bartender, I can't remember their name, but they were quick and poured very good drinks. I appreciate the wonderful service of all the staff. The place is beautiful and affordable with great food...
