It bought a super expensive cream which came in a Box when I got home the glass cream bottle was broken into pieces but I didn't notice it right away. I just opened up the top and I put some cream on my face. After noticing I started to bleed and feel burns is when I saw cuts on my face. I haven't noticed that the cream had bits of glass in it, because I never took it out the Box it came in. I just twisted the top cover. That is when I pulled out the cream bottle out of the Box and it was shattered into pieces. I am heading back to the Oceanside store where I purchased it from. It hasn't even been a week that I made this purchase. I hope someone takes responsibility for what has happened to me and my face. I just had a really bad encounter outside the store with some boys calling me derogatory names as i walked in (totally not the sephoras fault) and the sephora employeeâs were so amazing and made me feel so loved even though i am a complete stranger. I told one of the employees what happened and they told their manager whose now banning those boys from the store, everyone told me that i never deserved to hear that and how sorry they were that i had to experience that. As if that wasnât already kind enough, they also gave me a little kit with samples to brighten my day. It was truly such a welcoming and lovely experience I was almost brought to tears. On 3/29 I made an in store 60min makeup apt a month ahead, and was told their schedule wasnât open yet, but I could leave my name and number with the date and time I requested and someone would confirm when the schedule opened up. I asked several times if I would have that appointment and they said yes. It is now 4/14, no one called to confirm and when I called to confirm, I was told they donât have my appointment and it wasnât guaranteed. Meanwhile I was assured in store that I would have that appointment by the manager and the beauty studio person Lizbeth.
