Sport Billiards — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

They're getting a little expensive now and prices weren't posted last time I went (12/14/17). 2.5 hours for 2 people just back in September was about $29-30; this time it was $36. UPDATE: 2023...prices seem to have dropped and are posted; $32 for 2 people for 2 hours. Service is good and all staff has been very pleasant. Tables have new felt but many cues need to be upgraded or maybe just a good deep clean! Drink prices are to be expected I guess; a domestic beer was $6 though I get the same at my bar for $5. Their quesadillas are OMG delicious 🤤 and mozzarella sticks and fries are good too. I upgraded rating from 3 to 4 stars, and I'll likely frequent...

Just moved into town, came here and had 4 drinks between my partner and I. We spent maybe a hour a half there. It was dark, no air flow, and the waitresses seemed like our presence wasn't welcome. After playing a few games and overall not having a great experience we decided to leave, and settle the table. Was told its 79 dollars for the drinks, and 20 for the table. Should've asked for a itemized receipt, but i guess i was so taken aback, and didn't want to be embarrassed in front of someone i tried to have good time with, that i didnt say anything. at first I was iffy about this place but that's because of my social anxiety and being new to the area lol. it's not always welcoming when you see broken glass on the window in a "sketchy" part of baldwin but with the minor renovations of this place, it is actually awesome! the prices are great and reasonable, the atmosphere is calm and friendly, the staff are top notch and respectful. I do wish there was those jukeboxes that we can choose the music like what raxx has in West hempstead but I'll always recommend this place to anyone who's a billiards/pool...
