Tiny Tykes Early Learning Center — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

When I was a first time mom it was hard for me to cope with the fact that I would be at work while my daughter was under someone else's care. I've been through 3 home daycares before just trying a real day care facility. We all hear horror stories of different places so I was nervous. Her first day I couldn't believe the amount of pictures and communication I got from Ms. Chrissy the director of TT. I expressed my concerns and she literally picked them apart one by one. They have a daily toddler report that comes home telling you how their day went and what they ate. This report only comes home until they're 2 1/2. It made me feel very comfortable and in the know of what was going on. They have a Facebook for the parents and they take great pics of your kid.I have so many saved. The activities they do is above and beyond. Polar express, pajama day, zoo animals come etc. the teachers and assistants are all nice my daughter has been in all of the classes this is her last year and I've never had an issue. If I did I would call the teacher directly they are all approachable and available. The education, diversity, loving atmosphere, cleanliness is all a parent looks for and this place is it!! Our son has been going to Tiny Tykes full time for almost a year and a half, and we could not be happier. He wakes up every day super excited to go to school and see his friends and he loves every teacher that he interacts with. The staff is amazing - every single person that works there is involved and all the kids and teachers know each other. TT does an amazing job with their programs and our son has grown and learned so much since starting there. At 3.5 he is writing his name, knows all his upper and lowercase letters and knows what letter words start with based on sound. The center offers a great outdoor playground as well as a fully equipped indoor gym for the kids. As a parent, I love knowing that the kids are not only learning but getting plenty of time to play and burn off energy throughout the day. We are so happy that we found Tiny Tykes, and if you cannot tell from this review, I'm always excited to share with anyone how happy we have been there. Finding childcare is stressful and overwhelming and I feel like we hit the jackpot...

Tiny Tykes is truly a special place. My son has been there a little less than a year and had come so far. The school is beautiful, clean and organized, the staff are the best so nice and caring and loving towards my kid. My son had experienced another day care and did not adjust well there... coming to tiny tykes i was hesitant and nervous because maybe he wasn't ready to try again. After a few days he was excited to go to daycare and loved his teacher Ms.Samantha she was truly a life saver in getting him adjusted to school, she paid extra attention to him when needed and cared for him however he needed in those moments.
