I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure - I have typically always had a good experience here. I picked out a color and told the gentleman doing my pedicure I want them to match (gel mani and regular pedi). He told me “we don’t do match” I said well I want this color swatch and even tested the regular polish and it was almost an exact match. Pedicure went great, then a different lady starts doing my gel mani. I confirm the color I want. She did an excessive amount of coats which I thought was odd. I tell her this is not the color I picked. She tells me it is my fault for not saying I want matching. I told her I did tell the man I want matching and he told me you don’t have. She said “next time ask the girls.” I then ask her why the color swatch I picked isn’t the color on my nails. She said “oh it must have faded next time you show the girls”. I feel the employees should know the services and if I was very clear in the color I want them know that it wasn’t a match. Beyond that, after excessive coats you can see right through the polish on 4 nails between both hands. When I kept saying I was clear in what I wanted and did show/ask, I kept getting “oh next time do …….” No discount was offered for their errors and I paid in full. So I went to get a full set about a week ago and at first everything seemed good but then a woman came in with her dog. The dog was barking the whole time. It was annoying because she was actually sitting right next to me and I just wanted a bit of peace. They never asked her to leave with the dog or at least ask her not to bring him next time! Then it was as if they were rushing me to choose what I wanted. The final product of my nails was not what I wanted!! The method she used was not quality!!! My nails were not neat and it just was a quick powder acrylic. There was also another client before me and the lady with the dog, they made her wait until we were completed before starting her service. Then at the time of me paying I was not only charged my fullest BUT they also added the tip to the total amount due. I always tip but they are optional not part of the total amount due for service. I should have the choice of tipping. I waited to write this review and see if my opinion on the nails changed but it has not and I feel as if I was overcharged for a basic set. On a positive note they do provide a minute long massage while you wait for your nails to dry. (Which I would have tipped for without it being included in my tab!!) The experience was...

I had the most amazing experience ever! I recommend this place to absolutely everyone. -everything was clean and sanitary -short/no waiting period -kind, patient, experienced, and professional nail technicians -beautiful and high quality design (ombre done with dipping powder) -large variety of the color selection -will do any design- and will take their time to make sure it is perfectly done -can match a picture almost exactly -the full manicure and pedicure services were provided- not just painting and filing/ cutting like at many other places. They cut the cuticles, filed and buffed, used the scrub, used lotion, used warm towels, provided a massage, and even had the cuticle oil at the end. -relaxing and comfortable -reasonably priced- especially for the amazing results -they asked to make sure that I was happy with the color and shape and were so patient to help me select an alternative color when I wasn't sure I liked the first one I chose I cannot find anything negative to say about this place!!
