We called ahead to say we had a uhaul full of donations and furniture and inquired when my 75 year old husband and I would have assistance unloading it. "Until 3pm" we were told. Not so much. One gentleman with a bad back pointed where WE should unload and put it. Called for management; rudest people I have ever encountered. NO THANK YOU. Had to ask for a donation slip.
