I went to Primo Audio for the first time yesterday, and the second I walked into the store, I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Primo. Primo was able to figure out the solution to the technology that I wanted installed on my BMW X5 that multiple other car stereo stores were not able to. Also, what stood out to me was how friendly and down-to-earth Primo was to me.

Primo was extremely patient, very helpful, and he was very transparent about what they were doing to my car. Primo even took the time to personally show me what they were doing to my car, and he even took out a pen and paper and drew me a visual explaining what they were doing to my car as well. I've never had a car stereo shop owner take the time to show me on my car itself as well as on pen & paper as to what was being done to my car. I felt extremely comfortable with Primo throughout the entire process due to how transparent he was with me.

No matter how many questions I asked, Primo was there to explain to me the respective answers each and every step of the way with such kindness, helpfulness, friendliness, and patience.
