wake me nail spa&art — Attraction in Town of Huntington

I wanted to like this place so much because of all the great reviews but I just am too picky with my nails to like this place. First of all Vivian takes almost 3 hours to do a uv gel fill in. I’m sorry I’ve been doing uv gel for years I’m always in and out in an hour, who wants to sit in a seat for almost 3 hours. And they are very expensive $83 for uv gel fill in and the design. I never paid more than $65 for uv gel and designs. Also she doesn’t paint to the end of your nail so it looks like your nails are already old because the colors start not at the edge of your cuticle. The lines are sloppy, and if you zoom into my middle finger it looks like she didn’t prep the nail enough there’s a weird line in the middle of my nail. Unfortunately won’t be going here again

UPDATE: so instead of the manager responding to me directly and apologizing for my unhappy experience, they “explained” themselves on instagram through a post hitting every bullet I mentioned. I felt as if this was quite unprofessional, they could have contacted me directly so I decided to unfollow their Instagram account only to realize that they blocked me!!! Very very unprofessional I’ve never had a nail salon block me and not apologize/explain to me directly why they did my nails this way. Save yourself from a place that shows incredible unprofessionalism when confronted with customers...

I've been going to this nail salon for almost a year now, and I can only say good things. Before coming to this salon I was going through so many different places, trying to find my favorite spot. No other salon compared to Wake Me Nail Spa & Art, in terms of quality, accuracy of what I wanted and overall professionalism. Vivian and her brother are also very good, nice people. Made an appointment and got my nails done from Vivian! Just wow 🤩 love the detailed work. This is definitely not just your regular nail salon. She is a Nails Artist 👩‍🎨.
