Wow just went there today on SATURDAY AFTERNOON 6 o’clock had the worst interaction with all the workers and manager. Payed for two drinks. Left and went to another store. I was followed into the store and an employee said cc “ you were just are the store you have a balance of six dollars.” I was confused because I saw I was charged for two drinks the dollar amount on $14.60 I said that isn’t true she then try to explain to me like I’m an child how when your debit card doesn’t enough money only the available amount on the card with be charged so that’s why I have a remaining balance. I showed her my bank account showing the charge for two drinks from the store. She then told me to go back with her. The manager and the other employees were not helpful I told her I would wait for to finish ringing up a customer so we could speak. She struggled to provide me a reason to why she assumed I didn’t pay for my drinks. She said the person ringing me up payed for my drinks? I don’t need someone to pay for me if I wanted to I could buy 59 boba drinks. She tried to dismiss me didn’t apologize for causing me stress and inconvenience. Also all the employees there need to be trained in customer service there professionalism is not there. Goofing off is the reason why mistakes like this happen. My understanding is that the person ringing me up for some reason created another charged for single drink that I never ordered. Anyways please follow up and speak to those responsible for this...
Read moreIt's kind of a bad cup of boba if you ask me. Aside from being 9$ for a cup of juice, that's 90% ice. You get the added benefit of the attitude of the woman behind the counter and chunks of cubed fruit thrown into what's supposed to be boba tea? The only positive was that the flavor was fine. That's about it. I'm not coming back. I advise not to waste your money on two sips of a drink.
So I decided that one trip here may not have given me the full experience, so I went back and decided to try a milk boba tea. I got a matcha milk tea with no ice given the 90 percent ice factor from my last visit. This time, I was met with nice employees, a good improvement. But the drink was still far from good. It was not mixed in the slightest, and I had to mix it myself. Aside from me doing what the person behind the counter should have done the drink, I got tasted like mild matcha and left a bad after taste in my mouth. This once again confirms that this is a bad boba tea spot. Hopefully, the place opening in the food court will be better.
