Zero stars.. I have never really liked shopping here because of their shady business practices which I have never written any sort of review about them until after my experience today. I was already reluctant to buy a game from there but the price was advertised at $19.99 for a new not used copy of driveclub for the PS4.. USED was listed at $29.99 so what justifies the extra $10 being spent on something that's used and not even new? I verified that the price was correct with them but they didn't have any new copies left only used ones. I asked them if they could match the price of it with their new copy and they said they wouldn't do that. You would think since they love to push everyone into buying used copied because the profit margins are much higher but they refused and took my business elsewhere which is what I should have done in the first place. Thank you gamestop for reminding me why you don't deserve the thousands of dollars I spend each year on games and consoles. Read moreCalled this gamestop to ask questions about the PSA Grading system they just added. I personally grade myself but wanted to try this. I called the store and Byron was super helpful and informative. He answered all of my questions and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Since the phone call was a good experience i decided to stop by and submit a few cards to get graded. Again Byron was there and helped me through the whole process, answered all of my questions, and even showed me all of the things they use to submit and let me know any of the cons to grading with gamestop like them running out of the bags they need in order to submit the cards so was told id have to wait a little longer then usual for them to get the bags then they would ship them out. Bought an xbox one x fallout bundle that came with no fallout .returned to store just to have employee tell me to call generic 1800 number ..i call the number just to be told they cant help me no employee printed my fallout code on receipt . call store to explain and was told to come back with my receipt .I return with my receipt just to be told they cant help me I have to exchange my month old xbox to "hopefully" get the code the employee never printed . I just feel like it was my fault they messes up ..thats how they consistently made me feel returning to the store wasting my time . I would give less than a star if I could but james needs tons of work on actual management and facilitation. Oh well way to live up to the gamestop bad customer...
