It’s an okay experience. There’s a lot to see and you can see it very quickly. You don’t have a tour guide , they’ll explain all the buildings at the start then you’ll just have to navigate it on your own. Be sure to read the map they give up, it has valuable information as you try to navigate the grounds. Parking was easy to find and we were the only visitors there.
I got the pass free from my library but I believe it costs about $10 to go inside.
After walking, I recommend siting by the beachside. The view is amazing.
This will take you at-least 30 minutes as not all the buildings are open, well on a Saturday. Be careful of your little ones going close to the boardwalk so they don’t fall into the water.

This only grants you access to their property grounds ONLY, the museum and bathrooms were closed since our wedding took place at 6pm.
